I was in town visiting visiting family . This was the most unfriendlest Pro Nail business Ive been to. The young fella that was working on my feet to too busy worrying about a fly landing a a young ladys legs. He scratched my toe. And still paid 40.00 not worth it. Will not be recommending this to anyone.

Wasn't overly impressed. I was in-town visiting family and stopped by here for a mani/pedi. It was quick and reasonably priced but nothing special. The staff was really unprofessional. People were just sitting around watching the TV and there were piles of nail dust on the floor. Someone came in asking questions about the pedicure and all 6 people sitting around just ignored her. Nails turned out alright but not sure I'd go back the next time I'm in town.

Been twice. Will not be returning. Nails ended up being severely uneven and too thick. Explained to the man there were ridges in my nails, he acted like he didnt even see them. Have a huge lump in one...
Been twice. Will not be returning. Nails ended up being severely uneven and too thick. Explained to the man there were ridges in my nails, he acted like he didnt even see them. Have a huge lump in one of my thumbnails. Got charged for gel, but ended up with acrylic. Spend $50 here for some jacked up nails.

Some techs are highly skilled and listen to their customers. Others race you out without talking. More than a few times I've had to refile at home because theyre uneven.

I had never been to this nail salon before but I decided instead of driving my 35 minutes to my usual salon, I'd give this place a shot. Needless to say it was terrible and my nails match my experienc...
I had never been to this nail salon before but I decided instead of driving my 35 minutes to my usual salon, I'd give this place a shot. Needless to say it was terrible and my nails match my experience. I asked to get SNS put on my natural nails, but I was told they were "too short" (never an issue at my regular salon).. right from the start the male doing my nails was beyond rough and threw my hands around like I was annoying for being there. I asked him to still make my nails short (for my job) and to round out the edges. He told me "they were fine" and continued to put the color on. By the end... my nails look like boxes, VERY thick to the point that they are ABOVE my cuticles in thickness and it looks like I bought Walmart stick ons. I paid $45 and will NEVER return to this place. If you go I'd suggest asking for one of the girls, they seemed to be much genteler and their customers were very happy.

Because their prices are fair, 25 dollars for a pedicure and 35 for pedicure and manicure! Now, that's good :) And it is only a couple more for design's.. I highly recommend Nail's Pro.

Wasn't overly impressed. I was in-town visiting family and stopped by here for a mani/pedi. It was quick and reasonably priced but nothing special. The staff was really unprofessional. People were just sitting around watching the TV and there were piles of nail dust on the floor. Someone came in asking questions about the pedicure and all 6 people sitting around just ignored her. Needless to say it was terrible and my nails match my experience.
