Super slow service!! Got a full set with no design and it took almost 2 hours. My nails also came off within a week!! Not worth my time or money!!

Not good. Polish was chipping in less than a week & nails broke within 2. He did not even push down my cuticles before applying the dip powder.

I paid $60 for a pedicure and sns nails for me to leave and have nail polish all over my feet, my finger nails to not be filed evenly and to have a sns color that is glow in the dark and have glitter in it. The sns color that I chose DID NOT say that it was glow in the dark and it didn’t have glitter on it on the sample nail. When I called and asked them to fix it they had said they would for free, when I called back on the day that I could come in they said they couldn’t fix it for free and was hung up on because I called them out on their flaw of saying they would fix it and then changing their mind. My family and I will not be going back.

This was my 1st time to try First Nails, and I really liked it. I will definitely be a repeat customer. They seemed to know the customers by name and treated me very nicely. And they will do white and pink SNS, which is awesome and exactly what I wanted! They lasted 3 1/2 weeks.
Update: the 2nd time didn't do so great. The 1st nail chipped completely off within 1 week and within another 2 days the 2nd cracked. Not sure what the difference is. Going back to ask though.

Worst experience at a nail salon. Sat with my feet in water for two hours and waited for a pedicure. The staff is more concerned about taking phone calls than taking care of their customers. I've given it a try twice now and have been disappointed both times. Will not be coming back and recommend others to go elsewhere.
