I got my hair colored there not too long ago, Orange and Teal. It looked amazing! But ten days later the top of my head is completely brown. Definitely not worth the $135. The stylist is really nice and engaging and the chic interior was awesome with a lot of original artwork. But the color bar probably isn't the best place to get your hair done.

I was in need of highlights last minute while waiting for a flight. As an out of towner, I turned to reviews on Facebook, yelp and google to make sure this salon was the right fit for me. I walked in to give it a chance regardless of the negative color comments. The owner greeted me, and the first thing he asked me to do is sign a liability release waiver. Wait, what? I've been getting my hair done for 10 years. Never once have I been asked to do that. If that isn't a bad sign, I don't know what is. When I asked him what if I wasn't happy today, he said... 'Well, you're going to have that problem any where'. I would have preferred to hear that he was confident in his services. I think I dodged a bullet on this one. Beware!

I made a wedding hair and makeup appointment with the owner and he did not show up...ON MY WEDDING DAY. I made the reservation over a month ago. Got there with my best friend, prosecco in hand. No one is there. No one answering calls. I had the owner's cell number and texted and called. It has been five days and I have had zero response. Called another local salon and they got me in, thankfully. Maybe they do good work? Maybe they don't? I don't know because they are not reliable.

Christopher has a great spot here in Frankfort. Updated space that is very relaxing with several amenities. Prices and services are all reasonable. I've had multiple good cuts here.

I had a 2:00 PM haircut appointment on Saturday. When I arrived at SRP, there were 3 other customers in the salon and only one stylist. Clearly, someone didn't show up for work on Saturday. I waited until 2:15 until it became very clear that I wasn't going to be getting a haircut anytime soon. I left and will be getting my hair cut somewhere else this week that hopefully honors appointments more than SRP does.
I understand that sometimes people don't show up for work; I only wish that SRP would've called me Saturday morning to re-schedule for another day and/or time. One stylist is not sufficient on a Saturday afternoon. I would've gladly given SRP another chance if they would've communicated with me better!

I'm very picky when it comes to certain things, one being my hair. Not only was Chris patient with me but he did a fantastic job and gave amazing service!! Wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair!!

Chris did what I thought couldn't be done with my hair. He took me from a deep red to platinum and it looks and feels amazing. Definitely going to keep coming back!

Everyone there treated me like a queen. The decor is the BEST! Excellent environment. If you haven't been then you are really missing out on an experience that will brighten even your happiest day by 100%

Just left the salon and all I have yo say is they are all amazing!! Sam was my stylist for my sit and hush session (worth every penny!) and she did an amazing and fast job! My hair looks beautiful and firs my face and style perfectly. They are all very hospitable and make sure you are comfortable at every moment offering refreshments, snacks and reading materials. I love love love this salon!

The stylist is really nice and engaging and the chic interior was awesome with a lot of original artwork. But the color bar probably isn't the best place to get your hair done.
