Haven't had my nails done in years. I decided to come here just because the line was long and people where willing to wait an hour which told me that this was a good place to go. I have been in Louisville for 2 years now and have tried almost every nail salon in this city. Since I was gonna be at walmart, I googled this nail salon. The reviews are definitely exactly what I got from Shawn. I've never returned to any nail place to get a fill in cause they do such a horrible job. Well I will be going back to see Shawn, and will NEVER go anywhere else. My nails are perfect!! I always just get the white tip but I decided to try a design on 2 fingers and let him decide what that design would be. I can't even express how happy I am with it!! He is great!! It's hit or miss. Nancy and Haan both do a great job. They do treat their regulars a little differently than new customers. Some of the nail polishes are very old and wont last long on your nails. They do often try to upcharge and change the prices. I think a lot of it has to do with the manager. When he isn't there it is a much better atmosphere, service is better and pricing is correct. Same with some others, would give ZERO but won't let you! Never will I return here!!!!!! Set under the dryer 20 minutes, then walked around Walmart touching NOTHING! Went home at least 10 minutes away touching nothing, first opened the door to home and the first nail is a mess then went on a bit and out of the 10 nails 7 are smeared and some some worse than smeared:(. Having somewhere to be will be back tomorrow, to have the color taken off and clear on and never be back! My advice DON'T GO HERE!!! Read Less

I have been going to Shawn, the salon manager, for about 6-7 years now. I even followed him from the Wal-Mart in the east end to where he is now. This is a very inexpensive nail salon. But they are good, polite, and fast!! I Have had a full- set of nails put on 2x. Both times, the nails were really durable. I NEVER had a nail break or come off. And the look as good as anywhere else I have EVER been. Read Less
