EVERY time I go there I'm not pleased. I keep giving them the benefit of doubt but now I see it's the men and women who all continuously do a poor rushed job on my nails. I will NOT be returning. They polish my nails sloppy where I have to clean off my own cuticles when I get home OR the nail don't be COMPLETELY polished. Then I started just letting them do the acrylic and I polish at home, but they leave nail polish residues on my nails and place acrylic over it and leave nail polish underneath my nails from poor sloppy removal. I'm wondering if my "money" don't look the same as others or why I'm getting poor sloppy service. Is not ALL their customers valued?? Do not ALL their customers deserve a great job for what they are paying for??

Used to like it here but new tech burned my foot on lights. Also my nails had uneven acrylic. Rates went from $55 dollars to $80. For same thing fillin and pedicure. Also owner took an extra 10 dollars out of my change back! Not going here again!!! Kelly and Tina best techs but not worth all other stuff.

I really enjoyed my experience at this nail salon. The women here were very helpful and seemed to care about my best interest. I went in and asked for a rather expensive service, but they suggested a cheaper one that would still give me what I wanted. I saved $15 so you could imagine I really appreciated that. I love the way that my nails turned out as well, the technician did a lovely job.

I used to think they were really good until I went in and asked for gel nails. They gave me acrylic nails instead of gel and they took more of my nail off than they needed too. When I went in to have them take the nails off they left the parts of the acrylic nail on and took more of my nail off and there was mold growing underneath. Would never recommend them.

EVERY time I go there I'm not pleased. I keep giving them the benefit of doubt but now I see it's the men and women who all continuously do a poor rushed job on my nails. I will NOT be returning. They polish my nails sloppy where I have to clean off my own cuticles when I get home OR the nail don't be COMPLETELY polished. I really enjoyed my experience at this nail salon. The women here were very helpful and seemed to care about my best interest. I went in and asked for a rather expensive service, but they suggested a cheaper one that would still give me what I wanted. I saved $15 so you could imagine I really appreciated that. I love the way that my nails turned out as well, the technician did a lovely job.

I used to think they were really good until I went in and asked for gel nails. They gave me acrylic nails instead of gel and they took more of my nail off than they needed too. When I went in to have them take the nails off they left the parts of the acrylic nail on and took more of my nail off and there was mold growing underneath. Would never recommend them.
