I called and the ladies were so sweet and accommodating. She squeezed me in and told me that I could have an appointment- I arrived to the salon 20 minutes after calling and only waited 20 more minutes to be seated(which is awesome considering i made my appointment no more than an hour before this!!!)  The man who took care of me went above and beyond what i'm used to here in Ky. He didn't make me bleed like the lady at the last salon i visited did. Now I know why I stopped going there .worst service ever. Products are cheap. The older sister is a know it all. I been going to Bliss nail and spa in Westport plaza ,the owner dose my nails. They always look beautiful.no problem with them lifting, went to pretty nails on a Saturday by Monday one nail fell off others started to lift. Went back to pretty nails showed the older sister who did my nails. That one fell off and others were lifting. She tried to tell me it was my fault they were lifting.told her I never had that problem when I went to Bliss nails. If she had any kind of customer service she would have offered to fix them but all she did was give me excuses.she was going to be right no matter what. I was so mad told her I'll just go somewhere else to get it fixed she said fine. Now is that good customer service? So again I know why I stopped going there, bad service. Love it!!! been all over town. the prices here are very reasonable yes it's a strip mall, so i was concerned. but the regular clientele speakers columns. never once did any services hurt, they always consult on nail health and volts, are super friendly, remember your name, and my polish always stays on longer than anywhere else i go ! I have paid 20-30 bucks more at spas in town and they just charge you for the atmosphere. Here quality and skill is top notch! then you can leave and go next door and pick up a bottle of wine to celebrate your savings! live it!!! Read Less

I love this place! I've been to many different nail shops and this is the best. No its not fancy, but the actual work is nice. Also I was in the shop when Marina k had that horrible event. I think it was the workers fault but she also played a part. She didn't really listen to what they were telling her in the beginning. She was talking to me so she wasn't listening to T. Also her kid had spilled something so everyone was kind of focus on that so I think it was a misunderstanding. Granted he should have never walked off, but you always have the right not to service someone. T the woman who always does a great job on my nails offered to fix it after she did my nails and the appointment after mine. Needless to say she wasn't happy with that and I can understand why, but like T said we set up appointments weeks in advance so it wouldn't be fair to her loyal customers for her to just jump in front. I don't pamper myself in the way of getting my nails done very often. But I was the maid of honor in a wedding and the mother of the groom paid for us to get manicures.It was a nice little treat. And my manicure lasted almost a full week before any really noticeable chipping occurred. That seems like a good amount of time. Read Less
