I usually come here for my pedicures and love them. Today was my first time going here for A fill in on my acrylic nails and was so disappointed. My nails are uneven and the tech cut them wayyyyy too short. She kept trying to make the nails even and just kept making the nails shorter and shorter. I went to the same nail salon for years. The owners sold their business. So my daughter treated me to a pedi a few weeks back to this salon because I had complained I couldn't find a salon and wanted to find someplace like I had went before. LOVED it. So I decided to go back and get acrylic nails and a pedi. Pedi was great. Nails are a nightmare. A gentleman did them. Never did catch his name. I said I was not happy with the nails and could I speak to a manager. I was told no one was in charge. Instead of the gentleman trying to fix he kept telling me I was wrong. All the other workers looked down and never acknowledged something was wrong. The salon was busy so I didn't argue with him. I paid my bill, tipped the girl who did my pedi and walked out. He was rude and could not admit he may have made a mistake. I hope everyone waiting noticed his rudeness and hopefully requested someone else. Not good business. I will never go back again. I gave this place a full year to get it together. Dawn and Tonya are the only two that I trust to paint my nails. If they're busy I wait. I have tried to give others a chance and Saturday was the last time!!! The lady's name is "Becky" She tried to do my nails twice. Maybe I should have gotten up and left? But I wanted my nails done and had somewhere to be! As soon as I got out to my car the nail polish fell off!!!! Literally slid off of my nails. I am very happy with LV Nails and the technician I saw today!I was a walk-in. I opened a new business a couple of months ago and had shamefully neglected my pedicures. There will be no "before" picture today!I was in the area and decided to give LV Nails a try. LV Nails is spacious and very clean. I'm not fond of the Muzak they were playing today (lively Asian instrumental), but that's okay. My nail technician was Don. She did an excellent job and never once commented on the sorry state of my nails. Don was so thorough that I wondered if she was doing a "Deluxe" Spa Pedicure without asking me first. Awesome! After my favorite nail salon closed for remodeling and moving, I had to find another quick. Love this place. The staff and prices are just awesome. Made me feel right at home.
