I was treated so badly. Asked for more acrylic on my overlay and the owner refused, told me my nails was gonna break anyway and said I didn't have to come back. I even offered to pay more and his response was he didnt nred my lil money. Someone else fixed my nails in the shop but the owner kept tainting in their language. I'm certain I was being cussed out. I have been going Jere for awhile but won't return because of the treatment that I received. If I could rate them a zero I would but 1 star bc someone else fixed them. Read Less

I have been going to this place for over 10 years and it has started to go downhill. There are not enough techs doing pedis. Tons of techs doing nails. It's always at least an hour wait for pedis. Sometimes because there are so many people waiting for pedis, your pedi is rushed through. It's always hot as heck in there. All the sitting area is right in front of huge windows with no blinds that make you feel like you are in an oven during your outrageously long wait. Worst place. The lady completely screwed up my nails. She filed them uneven, filed the sides too much on one hand, and the shellac is already chipping. I walked back in to have them fix it and the guy, just messed them up more. I will never come back to this place. Horrible Read Less

On a recent visit to Kentucky to see my sister, I went in here for a quick pedicure. I had been in several years back for a manicure and they were really nice. This time my sister didn't wait for me and had her french pedi done, which looked really good. I was home for 2 weeks and kept saying how bad I needed to go to K C nails. I finally decided to go last minute on a Saturday, my sister reassured me I could get in without an appointment. This was hard to believe, since in Oregon it is always a week out it seems. I walked in about an hour before close, several people ahead of me waiting, but the woman said ten minutes they would have me in. They did. I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes, the process included the usual pedi take down, but an added hot towel wrap to the legs and wax treatment to the feet. They have over a hundred nail polish colors to pick from and all that for $25. Would recommend without a doubt. Read Less

Never coming back. My nails look like absolute crap. The "nail technician" was really rough, and rude. Asked for stiletto shaped nails, and received a crooked almond shape. Polish job is shabby. And he charged me for my shape( that he butchered) and my matte nails. Wouldn't recommend this place to my enemies. Read Less

I was referred by a friend to get my pedicure here because I HATE having pedicures.  I always feel like they are too rough on my feet. : (  I walked in on my lunch hour and was so excited that I did not have to wait at all, staff was friendly and did an excellent job.  Prices were fair & I was in and out quickly.  Will def be back for additional nail services!
