And.to Savannah,;, if you were unhappy, you should have kindly communicated that.
It would have been taken care of to your satisfaction.
Next time, try that before you take to a public forum and try to disparage a family businesses reputation.

Oh my so tomorrow is my first formal dance and I ask for a pretty nude/beige color and the lady does my toes fine but my FINGERNAILS!!! I walked out of there extremely disappointed because the color was not at all what I chose. Not only was it the wrong color... but it was transparent and you could see through it. Horrible! Wouldn’t recommend!

If I could give this salon 10 stars I would. I've been going here for over 7 years and the service is top notch. The owners treat you like family, and my nails always look fantastic. I'll never go anywhere else by choice. Whoever the lady was that gave this salon 1 star had to have had other intentions because that is just NOT at all even a possibility to be unsatisfied.

I loved the service. Sun was very personable and had a positive disposition. The quality of pedicure was okay. It was a little more than passable, but customer service more than made up for it.

**Location name changed to Clear Nails.I've been to this place three times in the last two months for a pedicure and polish change. After almost two years in Louisville, this has been the BEST pedicure thus far. First, they are open seven days a week and even on certain holidays. When I called on Mother's Day to see if I could come in they were not only open on that Sunday, but stayed open until 5pm. Can't knock them for cornering the market on a holiday, can you! The location is small and not very frilly, but the service is immaculate, so one star off for the tidiness. While I've seen them clean the pedicure chairs and utensils properly, the desks where they do nail services could use a great rub down. Also, I've never had my nails done here so they lose a star for that. I'll update accordingly.

This place is now called Clear Nails by the way. I will definitely be making this my new nail salon. The staff here is incredibly nice. I got the best calf and foot massage during my pedicure. Then I didn't like the color I picked out and the guy doing my nails ran over twice to get different colors for me to try (yes I tipped extra for being a pain), and he did it with a genuine smile. Oh, and my nails look great! He checked in during the whole process asking if I liked what he was doing. My mom was with me and she also had a great experience. Definitely recommend this place. $25 for my pedicure. So typical price.

Good customer service but I had to ask to let my feet soak to allow good exfoliation. Chairs are comfortable but don't work very well - chief reason I rated 4 stars rather than 5.
