Consumer service sucks. Older lady that done my daughter nails didn't do them right. She wanted white sns nails it was clear and not white also when I told her about it she started being rude and said it was my fault that was the color I picked. Called to get her name she wouldn't give it to me. Talked to the owner he also wouldn't give me her name or licence number. He also told me it was my fault that the color wasn't going to match like it did on the sample and I should of told her to dip it in the powder more and it would of looked white and not clear. They also charge way to much 115.00 dollars for painting pink polish on two kids toes and painted one kids nails and that was it. I will never go back there.

Had a appointment set for 3 pedicures on a Saturday. I made this appointment well in advance as I live out of state. Showed up on time and waited for someone to ask us why we were there, or to pick a nail color or something. 15 minutes passed and nothing. More people walked in and then the man got them settled. Finally after 30 mins and not even being acknowledged once, we left. That was very frustrating. It was a Saturday and only one worker was there the entire time. I don't understand this. I chose this place because they had great reviews but this was by far a not so good experience.

I can't rate the actual service of this salon because I refused to stay long enough to receive services from them. I am rating purely on observations I made and my first impression. The odor I smelled was damp and musky, I looked around the salon and just felt unclean and dirty. As far as the greeting I got, yes was warm and friendly but not enough to win me over. I decided I didn't want to be hasty in my judgement so I asked to use the bathroom bc I had been on the road for two hours and the 32 oz water I had drunk had taken its toll on me. I walked in the back and was horrified. It was dirty and dingy, and not at all organized. There was some sort of cleaner or sanitizer sitting on their floor that was full of NASTY WATER. I knew then that I didn't want to take the chance with this salon. I crossed my name off their sign-in sheet and quickly left. And I can confidently say I won't return.

Will never go here again. They were extremely rude, the lady cut my finger with one of the filing tools and just kept going, she rolled her eyes at me every time I asked her anything. I got gel na...
Will never go here again. They were extremely rude, the lady cut my finger with one of the filing tools and just kept going, she rolled her eyes at me every time I asked her anything. I got gel nail polish which she didn't let dry all the way and they were ruined when I got home and they charged me $45 and when I called they refused to give my money back for their mistakes and poor work.
