Love love love this nail salon!! The people are wonderful, I don’t get pressured into getting anything extra than what I come in for. Unlike other nail salons they don’t constantly try and up sale you. They are there to make you happy, definitely provide quality in their work. I haven't even been in here and have to give them 5 stars! I called with a specific nail are request and she was beyond amazing in her response time to the photo. And while she readily admitted the design I wanted was not something she could do (and I mean seriously how great is the honesty in this!!!!) she went a step further and recommended another person in town who could. She didn't have to do that, she could have said yes, charged me to do them and wasted my time, but she didn't. She was honest, very nice, and saved us both disappointment in the end result. The name says it all, they truly are the greatest nails in Lexington. When I first moved to Lexington, I tried a few places out before coming here, and was never satisfied as much as I have been here. They go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy every single time. I've been coming for 4 years now, and I have never regretted it. Everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is extremely welcoming and fun. No matter if you walk in or try to make an appointment, if they are busy at the time, then they work with you very well so you can come back at a time that is best for you. The name FITS! The greatest nail salon definitely does the greatest nails!!!! I have been going there now for about 4 years and wouldn't even think of going to another nail salon. Every worker does an amazing job. They are all funny and super nice!! Very professional but such a fun atmosphere !! Which is great! They give great advice on shape, color, designs and have all the newest products. If they don't have something or a color you like, they will get it to accommodate you! Also, they will try to never turn you down no matter how busy. I have called numerous times to get me in quickly for a fill in or just a quick fix and EVERY time they make it happen! Overall I've enjoyed my visits. Michael does a great pedicure. My only issue is with the child that occupies the pedicure space. She is nice but it seems a bit cluttered to have a worker's child always there with toys, food, and the noise. I'm still going to go but hope this one item changes for the better. Very rude. I got a fill in and decided to try out matte I noticed it seemed a little dry and thick but they said I would be fine in less than a week my nails were chipped and turned misty after I washed them? I went back and explained with pictures and they saw in person and ignored me and said they would redo my nails for $15.... it had been 4 days Read Less

Each time I get my nails done here they look great. I wish the wait was not so long as each time I come in I have had to wait. The staff is very courteous and great at their jobs. I always feel very relaxed when I am here. If you ask if they liked the color you picked for your nails prepare for an honest answer! Overall, I would come back again! Read Less

Very disappointed!! Not only did it take 2 hours to get a pedi and mani, she cut my nails so short they are uncomfortable. Not to mention they look ridiculous. Granted one nail broke off and was really short but why would she cut then all that short without asking. I guess that is what I get for talking and not paying attention.Read Less

The Greatest Nails is the best nail salon in Lexington! I have been to several- and no one provides customer service like they do. The staff is always friendly, and they welcome and treat customers like family. Their services are top notch, and they are always willing to fix the polish after it is messed up (which is typically my own fault). If you're going to spend money on your nails, eyebrows, pedicures etc., this is the place to do it. Love them! Read Less

Mario is not a particularly social,  but he is very much an artist,  and gave me THE MOST GOREOUS wedding manicure I ever even could have dreamed up myself!
