These guys do the BEST job. Kim is my go-to. Even at the top salons listed in the area (including the one right across from it in the other shopping center...cough cough - Model Nails- cough) I've always had nail techs who rush through the job, get the polish on my cuticles that later chips, cut off way more nails than I asked for, etc, etc. I honestly questioned whether or not I was just being picky, but when I came here, I realized "NO." Get someone to do them right and you will know how wrong everything was before that. The best service ever! I received a gift card to this salon and allowed my very short nails to grow a bit for re-shaping purposes. I told the man this when I sat down and said that I wanted him to trim and shape them for a shorter length. He dismissed that and said "no I'll just shape them a bit." He also failed to trim my cuticles down on several nails, left too much space on the gel polish, and didn't seal them properly. Now, one week later, I am headed to my regular salon to have them redone because three are peeling already, I have significant nail growth showing and they are way too long. Don't waste your money! This must the best pedicure I've ever received in my life. My appointment started on time and they're very courteous and attentive. My feet are as soft as a pillow, simply amazing.......!!! The nail technicians use a newly packaged sterilized cuticle nipper, cuticle cutter, and nail clip! My gel manicure was done very neatly and just perfect!!!! Great job Nail Perfection. Really pleased with their Manicure and Pedicure services today. All the ladies here were really sweet and friendly to customers, they did clean up everything after every customers and it made me feel very safe about this place. The interior of this nail salon was bright, clean and well organized. Their Pedi chairs were still in good condition which gave a very nice massage. Price was affordable and fair, i believed. I first went here with my sister without making an appointment and they were able to take us right away. We both got manicures and they were so friendly and extremely quick. I've never been unhappy with my nails. Everyone working there is so friendly and amazing at painting nails! The pricing is extremely fair and affordable especially for what you get. This was my first time visiting Nail Perfection. I totally was impressed with their great services. I loved how they decorated their salon, it looked so fancy and beautiful. This salon had a lot of skillful staffs who knew a lot of designs and took their time on customers. My $20 Spa Manicure turned out great. So love it. Working in the industry I know quality service when I see it and receive it. I was very impressed with the Shellac manicure treatment I received by my tech. She took her time and was very precise with my service. My nails were shaped and cleaned thoroughly. She gave a lot of attention to detail. I waited to write the review because I wanted to see if they did last as long as said and THEY DID!!! My nails looked great and I recieved complements up until I removed them. I'll be back! When I lived and worked near Richmond Road, this was my go to nail salon. They do a great job and they're really friendly. The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is because two times when I got a colored French manicure, they used a pink toned top coat which looked horrible. They fixed it when I told them, but I'd never had that issue with any other salons. I always thought it was common nail salon knowledge that colored tips get a clear top coat and white ones get a pink toned top coat. Still, it's a very good nail salon. Read Less

Yesterday was my third visit to Nail Perfection and I am very pleased with this salon.  I like to get gel manicures because I know that it will last at least two weeks.  Regular manicures chip so easily that you aren't even guaranteed that it will last a whole week.  The first time that I went I got a gel manicure and it lasted for three weeks! This past visit Loan was my nail technician and she removed the old gel nail polish by putting pieces of cotton soaked in acetone on my nails and then wrapping my nails in foil.  Next she put lotion on my hands and I stuck my hands in the heated manicure bags.  When I took my hands out a few minutes later and she removed the foil, the polish was falling off of my nails!  No need to scrape it off at all.  This was the first time that I had the polish removed in this fashion and it was definitely the easiest way.  Most places make you soak your nails in a bowl of acetone and scrape it off nail by nail.  It's very uncomfortable!  I've had three different nail technicians in this salon and they all have been gentle.  I have had a couple of bad experiences at nail salons (the place across the street from Nail Perfection cut me twice in one visit) and in this place they all seem to have pride in their work and pay attention to detail.When I told Loan that I had an appointment to try on bridesmaid dresses and needed to leave the salon by 12:15 in order to make it over on time she was very conscious of the time and had me out of there right at 12:15 on the dot!I can't give them 5 stars though, because they have a limited selections of gel nail polishes.
