Everyone was extremely nice and the wait wasn’t any longer than normal but my nails look awful. I don’t know if the guy I had was just in a hurry or what but they are so bad.. I’m so upset. The edges aren’t clean and when I got home three of my nails were matte and the rest shiny?? I've only been here for pedicure, and was expecting more based on the reviews.  The employees were very kind and took their time, which I appreciate.  Their prices are also very typical for a basic nail salon.  I chose the mid-level pedicure for $30 and it was just ok.  I did like the scrubs they used and the hot towels are nice, but there was essentially no foot or leg massage which has been provided at all other nail salons I've been to and selected a similarly priced pedicure.  Also, there massage chairs that you sit for a pedicure were a little jerky so not as relaxing as they could be.  Finally, my pedicure starting chipping MUCH sooner than my pedicures usually do.  I like the people here and the location is very convenient for me, but I'm going to keep looking for my go-to place for a pedicure. I was recently in Lexington visiting my cousin, and we decided to have our nails done. We didn't have a specific place in mind, and we happened to be shopping in the area where Nail Passion is located, so we saw their sign. Neither of us had been to this nail salon before, but we decided to give it a try. And I've got to say, I'm glad we did! I really enjoyed Nail Passion. It's not overly fancy, more your basic strip mall nail salon; which was completely fine for our purposes. I may not recommend this spot for a wedding party spa day or anything like that, but for a mani/pedi it's great! My nail tech paid lots of attention to my nails. I feel like she really took her time to make sure my cuticles were trimmed and my nails were shaped evenly. She also made sure to paint each nail with care, from cuticle to tip. I truly appreciate this, because so many salons leave space at the top of the nail, causing your mani to last less time. Nail Passion definitely does not do this! Your gel mani will last two to three weeks, for sure! The only issue is that I received several small cuts around the tops of my fingers. Anyone who gets regular manis knows this is a pretty common issue, but I got three cuts from this one mani. If not for that, I would've given five stars for sure. Regardless, I would definitely go back to Nail Passion & I definitely recommend it if you're in the area! Read Less
