Terrible! It was my first time at the place because I needed to fix a nail that broke. They did not set an appointment for me then I had to wait 40 minutes before I had to go back to work. So I received no service, the place looked terrible and the people being serviced we're jumping from one chair to the other from person to person to finish their nail job. They ONLY do tips and acrylic. Asked for a simple sculpt, couldn't do that. Not sure if it's because they don't offer that service or don't know how, it wasn't made clear. Pricing on board is wrong AND they try to cheat you. They charge you 45 for GEL POLISH but they use regular acrylic and not gel acrylic.... this place is sad. I went to lee because the guy i usually go to get my nails done wasnt there (over by Walmart northpark) anyways he kept suggesting other things THEN other then the style i wanted! I had no gel no designs and this FOOL charged me 30 dollars!!!!!! I went to the bathroom when i was done and chipped the paint just a little like barely all i ask was he paint that ONE nail over and he refused but ANN took care of me!!! Na did an excellent job on my manicure/pedicure.  She paid close attention to every detail and completed the job correctly the first time.  The shop is much larger inside than it looks from the outside.  Staff are very courteous and professional. Read Less

What a cool place ! The owners Lee And Ann still work there that's really nice I think . They were super friendly and sweet . We were greated as we walked in , and could see all the customers looked to be very happy . The store was very clean and looked to be newly remodeled!  They have a Huge parking area and they were very professional.  This is my wife's favorite place to get her nails done . Went here to get my nails done the first time I loved them then I went back today for fill in and not happy at all. My nails are all jacked up, also I asked how much a fill in was and Ann said $15 then when I got ready to pay she said $20. She said it cost extra for me to get my tips painted. My mom also went and the same for her. So when we got home my mom called and asked how much for a fill in and tips painted and guess what Ann said $15. So needless to say they get no more of our business Read Less
