Euro Spa is a great place to get your nails done quickly! They are very efficient and thorough with their work!! They have a wide selection of OPI, gel polish and SNS colors. During the week around late afternoon/early evenings, I can usually walk in and sit right down for a manicure or pedicure. Later in the evenings (after 5:00pm) or on the weekends, there can sometimes be a wait. However, they have a lot of staff working, so the wait is never very long. I just got my nails done 3days ago, gel nail. They have already started chipping and my polish is turning yellow. I do not smoke and have been off work the whole weekend. I got a gel mani and regular pedi (for $55 before tip) and both turned out great! The service was fantastic and they had me in and out in about an hour! They also had a large selection of polish colors and I absolutely loved that they matched the regular polish colors with the gel colors so you could match nails and toes! Brilliant! I'll be back! I came as a walk in on a quiet day and had a pretty great experience. Feeling like a jerk now because I can't recall the lady's name who helped me... Eileen, maybe? But she was super sweet and we had a lovely conversation. There were several employees who didn't look particularly pleased to be there, but I feel like you get what you give. I have to say that both times I've been there they did a wonderful job on my nails, and that is why I have then 2 stars. And also it wasn't as expensive as it could have been.  But if your a person that doesn't have a tolerance for rudeness or bad attitudes then I do not recommend this place. Because there is a gentleman there,if that's what you would call him. But he doesn't have the nose that allows him to enjoy the scent of a woman. I heard him insult a lady in front of the whole salon. He told her she stunk. She told him it was Chanel and that she liked it and he told her she smelled worse than feet. I went here on the recommendation of some friends as a cheap gel polish change. The inside was standard strip mall nail place. I started soaking my nails and my technician took out a Dremel tool grinder. I asked him to please not grind my nails because they are already thin and I didn't want them to get worse. He seemed very offended by this and said "fine, you have to soak long time." I said that was ok with me. He got up and went back to working on someone a few chairs away. It wasn't busy at that moment so I thought it was ok with them too, but shortly after, he shouted at me from a few chairs down that if I didn't want the grinder they wouldn't do my nails. I clarified because this seemed extreme, but he said again that he would not paint them. I said ok, and I left. I have never heard of this before, but I suppose they can service whoever they do or don't want to. They were very rude and the whole situation was stressful for someone who just wanted a polish change after work. If you have nails of steel that can get ground to the quick then maybe this place is for you, but it's not going to work for me. Read Less

I have been to many nail salons in Lexington and this is one is by far my favorite. The inside is not really fancy but they do great work. The guy who seems to run the place is a wonderful man who is always so happy and pleasant to speak to. I've had almost every nail technician there, they are all very nice and will work diligently on your nails. They make sure you're happy with the end result at all costs, they will not mind to go back and fix something if you want it fixed. I have been going to euro spa for several years, but one bad employee has ruined it for me. I'm not sure what her name is, but she uses her fingernails to scrape off my old gel polish every time I get her... My most recent gel manicure also left lots of gel stuck to my skin and I had to stay behind to have the extra gel filed off. She didn't apologize, but instead acted frustrated that I would be annoyed that her sloppy job was making my fingernails stick to my skin. Of course the seal to my gel nails was broken when she had to file (even clip) the extra gel off, and now 5 days later my gel nails are lifting. Other employees have been fabulous, but this woman has left a bad taste in my mouth. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Read Less

I recently relocated to Lexington and needed to find a new nail spa. After working long hours I decided it was time to treat myself to a pedicure. My dad loves them as much as I do so we decided to go out Saturday! There are two nail salons around the corner from the house so naturally I pulled up their Yelp reviews and one had numerous people saying they allow their young children to run rampant... that was a no. The second one we walked into had one male attendant doing a pedicure and one female working on a set of nails. There was also a women waiting and the nail tech just accepted another client over the phone. We decided to go somewhere else.Thank goodness we did otherwise I wouldn't have found euro spa!  We walked in and a man (I assume was the owner/manager) greeted us and got us right back to the pedicure station. He even started the water set up the massage chairs and offered us drinks! He was so sweet. Two techs came out and immediately got started. They made some small talk and joked about what color my dad was going to get on his toes. They did a fantastic job best I've had in a while. It was $35 for the deluxe pedicure plus tip and it was worth every penny!I will be back for sure. Read Less

I enjoyed my first experience here. The people were friendly and seemed happy to have a conversation with me. I always feel awkward sitting in silence so I tend to talk a lot anyway. Two different people worked on my nails which I thought was odd, but they were both very friendly and did good work. I'm happy with the end result and a week later nothing is peeling, chipping, or moving. My ONLY grievances with this location is that the gel nail polish is mixed in with regular laquer which was confusing at first, and the manicure took almost an hour and a half. They were very precise with trimming cuticles and painting which I appreciate but regretted slightly going on my lunch break. I will definitely go back to this location and will recommend to other girls in the office.Read Less

I've been a loyal customer for three years (one who consistently tips 20%). Occasionally the service wasn't great but hey, everyone had a bad day. I came in after work right as they started to get busy. They were very helpful and friendly and made me feel comfortable when I had never had these types of services before. I chose a mani/pedi and they did a wonderful job. My nails still look great almost two weeks later and I have a job that sometimes puts my nails at risk. I will be returning! Read Less

They are way overpriced for the quality of the work. I have been there 3x so I have given them a fair shot. The first time was ok actually pretty good! For a busy Saturday afternoon I was in and out in 1.5 hours for a spa gel manicure and pedicure.  But $70?!?! I could've gotten this same thing on the other side of town for $50!Next time the tech actually used her fingernails to remove my gel polish. Like for real??? Scraping your thin nails back and forth across my nails really irritated me. How gross?? I had to tell her to stop that is not the proper way to remove gel nails and proceeded to tell her the correct way and which instruments to use. She did not like that at all. From that point on she said nothing to me but spoke to all the other workers in a language I do not understand - presumably about me.  How unprofessional! The third time I got the same gross nail tech but asked for someone different and looked like I was getting someone else but then they got up n she sat down. Did you hear me I said not Thavy! She proceeded to scrape my nails again!!! When I told her to stop and asked for someone else she said I should take off my own polish at HOME! Like wth am I paying you for. Then she cut my nail bed. Today was my last time ever going here. I usually get gel and I take very good care kim my nails. The gel has never lasted over a week, and when I told the woman she said it was my fault that I picked them. She was rude and rough with my nails. I also saw some staff using pH bond (for gel nails) on other clients, which is what they're supposed to do and when I asked for her to use it on me (which they never have) she said they don't use that. Love Euro Spa Nail Salon. I live in Nicholasville and used to go to a salon there. A friend told me about Euro Spa so I tried them. I loved the employees, especially the owner, Vanny.
