This is my favorite nail salon for several reasons. I usually get a pedicure and sometimes a gel manicure or SNS. Their prices are reasonable and the service is excellent! They always go out of their way to make sure I get exactly what I want how I want it...even when they are super busy. Also, this is a family business and they are probably the hardest working people in town. My favorite place to get a pedicure! They take their time massaging your legs and then use hot towels while they paint your toes. Much more relaxing than most places I've been. The staff is personable and great people. Price is reasonable with is a plus! Read Less

This shop provides the best SNS nails . Their pedicure is well done and the leg massage is wonderful . I come from Morehead for these services . There is little to no wait since they have 10 chairs and 8 manicure stations . Read Less

Very accommodating. Had a short wait, but they will take appointments. Had a basic mani, no polish, and a pedi. They were thorough and attentive to my friend and I the whole time. I went here for the first time the other day. It was the best experience I have ever had! My nails have never looked better, and this is the first time my fingertips have not been sore to the touch after getting them done. I get SNS and they have always been incredibly thick and unnatural looking, but when I got them done here its like a flawless polish. My new go to place since moving to the Tates Creek area. The entire staff is so very nice and Accommodating. I keep my mani's on the 'reserved side' do to work (with the exception of black occasionally). They do such an excallent job. I wash my hands more than most I'm sure and I get a full 4 weeks out of mine. Only my grown out shows. I've NEVER chipped my gel with Beauty Nails. Read Less

The worker cut my skin above my nail and when I addressed the situation, I was told they do not discount and neither does anyone else. Terrible place and employees (that I worked with). I will never go back or recommend this. And I have pictures to show the damage done. Read Less

Went there for the first time to get acrylic oval nails.  The language barrier is pretty difficult with the lady I had,  I felt so bad because I  couldn't understand a word she said.  Anyway,  the process was kind of painful. I didn't expect it to be that painful but I was thinking it was normal for my virgin nails. Anyway,  it felt more like a factory , than a luxury,  the lady didn't look interested at all in what she was doing.  But overall the nails turned out good,  some are a little crooked, but I expected it since it seemed so fast and rushed,  will probably try another place for a fill in. They have great customer service. The place is clean and very girly and luxurious--Love it! I like how you can easily converse with workers and the other customers. They did an excellent job and it was a great price! $35 for a standard mani and pedi. You can't complain about that. The place was very clean and welcoming. My only complaint was that it took forever. They were a little short staffed and kind of got slammed. But they did what they could - called in some help - and things went smoother! Amazing. 30 bucks for the spa pedicure and they pamper you for 45 minutes. Everything is super clean and the staff is friendly and professional. There are hundreds of colors to choose from too! They even spray your nails with the insta dry stuff for you before you leave. I don't use the word "pamper" often, but it is certainly appropriate here. So I thought I would try a new nail shop but I guess that wasn't a good idea. I walked in and never got greeted, everyone just stared at me like what are you doing here. There was a girl who came after me and of course they greeted her and asked how can they help her. So I'm looking at colors and the women told me to come sit at her table. I look beside me and see a SNS sign (I have SNS but wanted a full set). So I told the lady I have SNS but I wanted to take them off and get a full set, she says "we don't do SNS"... I say "I just want to take it off and get a full set with acrylic" she says "it will take a long time". By that point I'm thinking she doesn't even want to do my nails. They suck at customer service, so that just reminded me to stick with my nail shop I've been going to. Read Less

I brought my southern belle to this location. She got her eyebrows waxed here. She commented that it was a bit odd to do it in a chair in front of everyone. She said, "Usually, it is done privately." This is definitely a busy nail spa/salon here in the Tate's Creek area. An array of services are offered here from pedicures, manicures, nails, etc. A typical Asian nail spa that you would find in New York City.The prices are GREAT which would get the place 4 stars.However, the place does reeks of chemicals once you walk in and it has a strong acrylic smell, which can bother some customers. This is not a top-end nail salon, but this salon caters to mostly people that like to get their services done at the last minute. I am sure there are way better nail spas/salons in Lexington but that will come with a cost. A-OK for your basic needs, just cover your nose if you have chemical sensitivity and the service can be decent for your needs. Read Less

DO NOT GO, RUN LIKE HELL. Got my nails done on saturday and they were messed up by thursday, did not last a week. They did not do my curticles, did not cut them down like asked, they don't lotion your hands after you wash them and the man that did my nails burned me 3 times with the nail sander. he also cut the top of my finger. I was done in 26 minutes, I have never been done that quick in a nail salon. The quality was very poor and I will never return. I will stay true to my original nail salon Unique Nails on winchester rd. THEY ROCK! If you want great quality for a cheap price Unique Nails is the place to go and ask for Bill he is amazing.
