I was in Lexington running errands and I'm going on a trip tomorrow so I wanted to get my nails done. I called and this shop was open until 8pm. It's a little difficult to get to because there's not a direct turn in for the shop, you have to go down to the light and then cut across two parking lots to get here. When you are out on Nicholasville road at night it's dark and you can't really see if there's a turn in or not. Other than the traffic and getting to the store the store is great. I got a pedicure and a gel polish manicure. Im not allowed to have fake nails at work because I double on tv shows and such so I like the gel polish because it lasts awhile and dries instantly. The employees were all very nice. The older couple doesn't speak English but the younger employees translate for them. I will definitely bookmark this nail shop for future needs. Read Less

Sadly, this was the worst pedicure I’ve had thus far. Each nail was cut and shaped differently (I even pointed out a very sharp corner on one nail). The nail polish was applied in a sloppy fashion too (the most important part!). I chose a navy blue color and the acetone would not remove the polish from my skin, actually it was just spread around and diluted to a lighter blue color. This store is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I have been getting my nails done there for about 3 years now. I also get my brows waxed there and my eyelash extensions done at their separate studio and the service and results are exceptional. I cannot recommend this place enough! Read Less

I'm visiting from out of town and drove from Georgetown to try this place because of previous reviews. I'm going to a wedding and very picky about my nails. Very happy! I got shellac and they didn't go down to the cuticle, so it doesn't get that "ledge" in about 10 days. I just wanted to follow up with how my nails looked 12 days later; it's the first photo. Great service, friendly, and I had a great pedi! What more could you ask for???!!!!! The gentleman that did my pedi was very good, he didn't rush to get the next person in the chair. I had the spa pedi and was very happy with the massage. I was also happy he put three coats on of the polish, I can't stand when people only put one, that would last a day maybe! Not here though! Was my first pedicure ever. I was with a friend and  was super excited. Lady who did my pedicure couldn't have seemed more miserable, or it seemed. She said nothing to me the entire time. I couldn't have been more excited, but she made me feel like I was a bother. Won't go back. Read Less

EXCELLENT Customer Service, wonderful manor by everyone that works there.  Attention to detail with their work (I had a HORRIBLE pedicure somewhere else, came to them and I left there feeling great about the way I looked, and they way I was treated with respect, care, and compassion.  HIGHLY recommend if you are a native Lexingtonian or just visiting...It is right next to Panera on Nicholasville Road.
