I don't get my nails done often but when I do I'm super picky, I usually come here because it's where my cousin comes and she usually pays when we go out. Their always super rushed even if there's no one in there with you. My nails are always uneven. They don't properly check to make sure their the same length and this last time he used tips too small for my nails so the side of my natural nails are visible. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I got white tips a while back and they turned yellow within a day or so of having them on. So, I went back & told them. He proceeds to tell me they can turn yellow when you smoke and go to the tanning bed. I am pregnant, I do not smoke nor do I go to the tanning bed. I'm noticeably pregnant so he had to have known this. But he still proceeded to tell me it was my fault and blame me. So, they did end up fixing them and taking the yellow off but charged me 15$ for a fill in. Also, the girl doing them didn't even get all the yellow off my nail; so you could still see some yellow after she started doing the fill in. She also proceeded to watch a loud video on her phone right in front of me and my boyfriend, while I was waiting for my nails to dry. Now, they are turning yellow AGAIN. Also, my friend who went to this same place and got the exact same thing as me (white tips), hers are now turning yellow. Got Mani/pedi and had regular nails painted..total was 75$. They charge 20 extra dollars for gel nail polish and I've only had my nails done for one week and the gel nail polish is already chipping. Will not return. Read Less

Made one of my nails completely crooked. Diagonal tip instead of straight. Very noticeable. Rushed the entire process and even bruised the skin next to my curticle of one of my fingers due to using the drill on my skin!!! One of my fingers was BLEEDING when picking out my polish color because he used the drill on my skin. Read Less

I tried super nail for the first time recently. The staff was mostly courteous but the lady who did my nails spoke such little English we couldn't converse which was a disappointment. I got a manicure with gel polish-the massage was terrible. My polish peeled off one nail by the next morning, and it's been a week and the polish isn't holding up. This was my first time to get gel and I will try another place next time. This salon is very dated (old pictures on the walls, nothing very modern) and didn't have a nice relaxed feel to it. I received a pedicure about 2 weeks ago. Friendly when you first walk in and they seem to have a clean salon. However, the pedicure itself was lacking. Somehow the nail technician removed skin around my toe and it was very painful! I told her it was uncomfortable on the first toe and she continued to do it to the other foot. I have had 3 or 4 pedicures and they have never been painful before! Two of my big toes were actually sore for several days after I got my pedicure done. She irritated the skin so that it was red and painful-- I actually considered going to the doctor as I thought it may be or become infected! Also disappointed that one of the big toes has chipped already and I haven't worn sandals very much. Usually the paint stays nice for at least a month on my toes and doesn't chip. Lastly, the nail tech was very rough with her massage, but this was the least of my worries at this salon. I also went to this salon with my mother and she was also unhappy with the experience.
