I went in for a pedicure today - regular pedi. I had went on their website (which apparently is NOT updated) and it had their prices listed - a pedicure was listed as $30.00, including either the paraffin wax or sugar scrub. Well, I did not get the paraffin wax and the amount of sugar scrub was so small, it was barely visible. I went to pay and she told me it was $35.00 - shame on me for not asking price beforehand. There aren’t prices posted on the wall, near the cash register. She to the back, near the pedicure stations and showed me a laminated price list. I won’t be going back.

It's a nice nail salon and nice workers, but the wait is ridiculous. I have came here a couple times to get a manicure, and there's only 2-3 workers each time. They're usually working on someone, then there's several people waiting. I've waited here for over 4 hours just to get a fill in. The next time, I waited 2 hours 45 minutes to get mani and pedi. It's sad, the workers are very nice but they need more workers or need to hurry up while doing others. I wouldn't say the prices are fair either. The price depends on the worker, sadly.

I would like to give him no stars. Are the rudest unkind people. Pedicure that I got was horrible didn't last I went back and ask them if they can fix it he the owner said that he would not fix it and that's where the rudeness comes. He was screaming at me saying I want something for free and all I want him to do is fixed the problem. Paint was coming off mt toe very bad customer service .will never go back ever 💅💅😡😠 not to mention that there was 4 little kids in the back room very loud and running around. So hard to relax. Climbing on the chairs. Pretty sure they was his kids crazy

Absolutely wonderful experience! The people were warm and friendly. The girl who did a new polish on my acrylics did an amazing job! I'll definitly come back every two weeks for fill in!

It was nice and clean and the people there were very nice. However, when women get their nails done the experience should be relaxing. There was political nonsense on the tv for half of my visit. The other half was some riduculous music that sounds like a kids tv show on crack. Some neutral show on tv such as HGTV or the cooking channel or even some soft music would have been nice. My nails look ok. I had acrylics done. My nail tech was very gentle, and tried very hard to make sure she was giving me what i wanted. However some of my nails are not uniform and there are some ridges and imperfections in the smoothness.

This organization is rude, bias toward people of color. I sat waiting for 45 minutes for a gel fill. In the meantime a technician sat in the back playing on her cell phone.(everyone else was busy) As soon as someone walked in and requesting the same service I was there for a gel fill. She comes forward and asked " do you mind if I take her?" I replied " do I have a choice" I don't care if that person had an appointment or not. I should have been next. They will not get my business. I give them a negative zero stars in customer service, professionalism & ethics. And everyone knows the nail salon are majority walk in business. I walked out! Bad business!

Wow! Best nail salon I have ever been too! Staff were super friendly and did a great job with our pedicures! We went towards the end of the day and Lily and Poye gladly gave us pedicures. Nice conversation too my mother and I really enjoyed the pampering and the laughs! Prices are reasonable and they have a nice variety.

Absolute worst pedicure I've had. Went with my friend, we were started at the same time and she was finished with her pedicure and gel manicure and the lady was still polishing my pedicure!! She had no idea what she was doing. Didn't even stay to get my nails done because she took an hour and 45 minutes on my toes! And it was the most i have ever spent on a pedicure too!! $37?! Crazy. Will never return here.

New to the area and this salon is right by my house so I tried it out. The place is in the expensive side but the massage chairs are nice & they gave my feet a nice rub, so I guess it's worth the mone...

The place is in the expensive side but the massage chairs are nice & they gave my feet a nice rub, so I guess it's worth the money. Cash or check only! Wasn't told this before getting my pedicure so I had to leave and run to an ATM and come back to pay. Totally inconvenient for me but aren't you worried about people not coming back to pay? All in all I left happy and I'll be back

This is actually called "Nice Nails" now. They are under new management apparently, but I never went here under the old management.The people are friendly - I recommend Donte - he's great.It's clean and fast and I go here every two weeks.Downfall is they close early (7 pm) and are not open on Sundays.I also found a coupon on the back of my Kroger receipt!

I went in for a pedicure today - regular pedi. I had went on their website (which apparently is NOT updated) and it had their prices listed - a pedicure was listed as $30.00, including either the paraffin wax or sugar scrub. Well, I did not get the paraffin wax and the amount of sugar scrub was so small, it was barely visible. I went to pay and she told me it was $35.00 - shame on me for not asking price beforehand. He was screaming at me saying I want something for free and all I want him to do is fixed the problem.
