I thought I had found a lovely nail salon to go to after my usual nail salon was to busy! My first visit was perfect! I thought I would change nail salons. Well I went for the second time yesterday. After booking an appointment the day before for half past 3. I arrived 5 minutes last was traffic in Oxted was worse than I’d imagined! I was apologetic on arrival and was told to just take a seat! After 45 minutes of sitting there and people getting seen I said when would I be as I had made an appointment, I was rudely told I was late! So I have to wait! AN HOUR after my appointment time I was seen too! Rushed work and smudged nails! If I was told on arrival I have missed my appointment and would have to wait an hour I would have left! It’s a shame this has now put me off going back and recommending it to anyone! Read Less

I went here on a whim since my other salons waxing girl was out on maternity leave. Cindy was amazing. She was thorough, did a great job with my brows and was super clean! I'll be switching wax girls now!! Read Less

I'm not from the area but I stoped here while waiting for a connecting flight out of the airport. I chose this place because of it's proximity to the airport and because it had good online reviews.I had a very nice experience here. The place is clean and I liked the wall decor. I can't remember his name, but my nail tech was very friendly and had a great personality. The prices were slightly higher than I'm used to paying for a regular mani and pedi but were not outrageous. Not impressed. Nails were ok but the staff are rude and the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. While I was there they ran out of disposable flip flops. One of the staff was searching and so another took hers off and gave them to the one searching who put them on feet of the client seated next to me!! Read Less

Not impressed. Not a relaxing environment, feels like a sausage factory not a salon! Yes they have lots of colour and my toenails look nice but they used a blade on my calluses without asking and my heals are still sore 5 days after visiting. Calluses should not be cut! Only used them as couldn't get an appointment anywhere else before a business trip and won't do so again. Read Less

I have my had nails dipped twice and and a pedicure. I love how peticular and professional they are. I was going to another nail salon and they were always rushed trying to accommodate everyone. They were getting sloppy with their service. I love how friendly and nice everyone is. Very pleased with pretty spa nails. Just very limited on choice colors. Absolutely worst experience at a nail salon I have ever had, no hot water ( only hot water today came from coffee maker), owner was terribly mean and rude, will never go back. Apparently if your friends of staff they will serve you wine, Liquor license? Extremely poor customer service! Read Less

I have issues with my toenails. I need extra steps in my pedicure. I love Cindy, her gentleness and her artwork that she can do on my big toenails to camouflage the bruising, which can appear as a shadow under the gel polish. The price for services there is reasonable and all of the people working there are friendly and nice. The shop is conveniently located by Remke's and my hair dresser too. I can get a lot done in that little retail area. I highly recommend Pretty Spa Nails! Read Less

The best nail salon I've been to in the Northern Kentucky area. The technicians take a little longer, but put a lot of care into making your hands, nails, and feet look beautiful. I appreciate the extra effort on the details (a third layer of shellac, or spending a little longer on my rough cuticles) that other nail salons seem to rush over. Very clean and friendly. They sanitize everything and wear gloves.  They can get busy so I recommend making an appointment. I took my mom for a day of pampering and it was amazing. They take their time and the best part is the foot/calf massage! Read Less
