Just went here with my daughter and her best friend for mani/pedis for my daughters wedding. We got there at 10:20 and it was overflowing with people. It says they open at 10 and people were signed in at 9:30. We called to make appointments but they said they didn’t take them on the weekend and confirm they opened at 10. One lady said she arrived at 9:55 and all the chairs were full. The biggest thing was the staff NEVER even addressed us. We stood there waiting to find out how long it would be and they just kept looking at us. Seriously, rudest people ever. I continue to come here and each time I question why. I guess it's because of the convient location, however I could drive to Lexinton and back in the time it takes this place. I've waited over an hour sometimes. It doesn't matter if it Monday afternoon or Friday night, they never have enough staff. My last experience, two people that signed in after me had their nails nearly done by the time they started on mine.Plan on a normal wait time of 30 minutes to an hour.Overall quality is typical of most nail salons. The pedicure was Heavenly. The massage chair was like an anesthetic. I thoroughly enjoyed the pedicure experience. Loved it. First time going and they did so good with the shaping and how short I wanted them. And this was the first time they had put me next to the friend I had Went with and they had both been talking to us and that was the first time I had a nail artist communicate with me and not just sit in silence. I’ve been coming here since they opened. I really enjoyed the salon was so clean. The new awesome pedicure chairs and kids panda chair that my daughter loved !! The last couple times I’ve come in over the last months the service has been pretty bad, long waits and terrible customer service. Today, I came for a relaxing pedicure. I arrived 25 minutes after they opened and I waited 30 minutes to even soak my feet. Only two chairs were in use. I could have soaked until a person was ready. Then the girl that came over was nice. She started the pedicure, and let me tell you my 7 year old daughter could have massages better. The massage was short, terrible and the French manicure was so thick it was half of my toe nail. I'm not in the area or Georgetown very often, but I found myself here one Saturday and in need of a fill-in. It's one of several nail salons in GTown, but this one is near the Kroger. The last fill-in that I had done elsewhere was way too thin, so one had broken at the tip and two of had lifted which is common when you get close to needing a fill-in. The gentleman here said that I would need to pay extra for three corrections in addition to the fill-in price, so he recommended soaking off the acrylic and going with SNS... since the price after the corrections would be around the same price. That's the only thing that I didn't like about my experience. SNS wasn't what I really wanted and I've never been charged extra for such minor corrections. I will say that even though SNS is much more expensive than a basic acrylic fill-in, it lasts much longer. Not only did the SNS stick to my nails without breaking or lifting, the obviousness of the growth was much less. Read Less

The work is generally acceptable with you pointing out what you need fixed, you can get out with a pretty good look. However, they have no idea what time management is and that people have lives. I sign in and it's going to be 25 min. They said I could go to Kroger's and they would hold my spot. I come back and you guessed it, waited another hour.  I don't think this place is up to par on customer service. They would benefit from allowing appointments instead of making everyone wait and lying to them on time. This has happened so many times I just had to post that I'm completely done with them! I had gone to La Belle with some friends before and really liked it, so when my mom said she was coming to town we decided to set up an appointment. Due to some traffic issues etc, my mom was quite late and it was very busy. There were no seats left so I went to sit in the chair that would end up being where the pedicure would be done. I told the woman repeatedly I just wanted to wait for my mom and that if she needed to help someone else it was fine. Instead she sat ther...e just looking at me awkwardly for a couple minutes then asked me to put my feet in the water. I was like... okay. So she just ends up starting anyway. I just figured, oh well... I guess I will just hang out in the chair while my mom is getting hers done so we can talk. Once my pedicure was done and her's was beginning I told the woman twice when she wanted to move me to get my nails done, that I wanted to stay there to relax and talk to my mom. There were plenty of empty pedicure chairs so I didn't see what the problem was. Then this guy comes out and basically says we need you to move up here... you will be right there near her. He was talking to me like my wanting to sit with my mom and talk was something creepy. Obviously I was pissed, at this point I really should have said, look, now I wont get my nails done, are you going to make me leave the premise? So anyway I move finally after they were not going to leave me alone, and go to a table, about 10 feet away so there was no talking to my mom now. There was an empty spot next to me so I assumed when her pedicure was done she would get to sit next to me. Around 5-10 minutes this woman walks up with a customer and as they sit down the guy looks up and starts talking to her in his language, presumably to tell her she needed to use a different spot. The girl basically looks over at my mom, back at him, makes some dismissing sound like who gives a damn and sits there anyway. When my mom gets done with her pedicure, she was mad at this point, told them the whole reason we do it is it spend time together and the girl finally gets up and has the other customer move, which I am sure was awkward on that customer. being a retired Nail Technician, when I go to the salon and get my nails done I always bring my own buffer, my own nail polish, my own files. The one time I use the salon nail polish and I get a nail fungus. Ladies please be careful where you get your nails done. Bring your own polish, your own buffer and your own files. These people do not clean their instruments like they should and it's very upsetting that there are such unprofessional people out there doing this. Have used this nail salon for my pedicures for awhile now love the way they do my pedicures ! But today I wanted a natural manicure and not very happy with the way I was treated the guy kept making fun of how short my nails where ( yes I bite my nails but I thought if I got them fixed pretty it would help me vreak that habit ) The guy just kept saying polish wouldn't stay on my nails because they where too short! There is one guy in particular that has anger issues. If you tell him you don't like something he makes and excuse and gets angry. He will begin rolling eyes and fussing with the other staff about you. The other folks are not bad, but the fact this guy is allowed to do this and treat customers in this way is a poor way to run a business. Came with a friend after working out the other day. They were incredibly busy for it only being 11am but they assured us it would only be 15-20 minutes of waiting before they got us in. That was the case indeed though. They are the largest salon in Georgetown I believe with the most pedicure areas and they are staffed accordingly. Great experience that I would recommend to others. They are always very rude . I called today for an appointment and he said, we can't take appointments but you can walk in. I asked how long the wait would be and he told me 1-2 hours if we can get to you. He said we are very buzy come next week. I have had gel manicures there that last less then 3 days, chipping and peeling. They always blame me. They do a good pedicure depending on who you get. I always have a great experience here and I probably come in once every 2 months or so. Definitely a wonderful pedicure and I usually get a gel polish and manicure in the summer. Always clean and professional. I'll never go to another nail salon in Georgetown. Read Less

This place does not even get one star from me. Today was my second time going and will definitely be my last. I originally went there a few weeks ago and got acrylic nails with gel polish and the polish was basically streaky and see thru. I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt since they were busy  and ask for an extra layer of polish the next time. Well, I did that today and my fingers are just globs of polished, very uneven and so thick. Not cute and not comfortable. It only gets worse. At the beginning I noticed one finger was nearly shaped into an oval even though the other 9 nails were square, and one finger was so crooked I honestly thought it was a joke or he wasn't finished. I couldn't believe it so I contemplating leaving right then because I couldn't imagine how much worse it could get. He fixed those two and then I had to have him fix another nail again because one of my thumb nails was like 5mm longer than the other, no joke. After polishing my nails and I have them under the light the lady next to me also had to make a comment stating no one even trimmed, filed, or buffed her nails before putting her gel color on. So he obviously had to restart that as well. After my nails were complete I came to realize I wouldn't allow these people to ever touch my hands again. I went in last Saturday to get a gel manicure. I had never been to this location before and read good reviews so though I would give it a try since I work in Georgetown. I got there and waited about 15 minutes and then got sat, the tech looked as though he couldn't be older then 18 years old but I didn't say anything. We start with the manicure and he starts cutting my cuticles so far down they started to bleed. I had had this happen before but never had someone continue until I had to ask him to stop. He completed the gel manicure and it didn't look great but I was in a hurry so I left. After getting home I looked and there were little bubbles all over every single nail. I didn't think it was a huge issue until 3 days later they start to chip. I didn't pay $40 for my manicure, that is supposed to last 14-20 day mind you, to chip after less than a week. I called today to see if they would be able to repair them, and they tell me to come on in free of charge.They didn't have the color I got before so I chose another, the tech I got told me there was nothing wrong with my nails and I didn't need them fixed. He went ahead and did the redo but wasn't gentle at all and was very rude to me. When I get up to leave I hand the tech $10 and proceed to start out the door. He calls in from of everyone "Hey Lady you need to pay for that" considering I was under the impression that it was covered under the original price I paid, I was mortified.  He then charged me $20 for the repair, so I am now out $60 for a sub par gel manicure. Needless to say I will be returning to my old salon in Lexington and will NEVER visit La Belle again. Read Less

If you visit, ask for Lei (pronounced lie).  His attention to detail is worth waiting if you needed.  I've visited twice before my review to make sure it wasn't a fluke.The entire staff is friendly.  It's clean.  I was there during their shut down process and they clean EVERYTHING!  Best thing is their chairs are in great condition.  No lumpy, sagging, non working chairs.  Prices are similar to all the other salons.  They are extremely busy on the weekends so plan ahead and they do take appts. This place was amazing. The only thing I wish they did differently was offer a price list (either hanging or near the waiting area). I was expecting my total to be near $50 (average pedi in the area is $25) but it was actually $75. My husband said it was worth every penny, but I probably should have asked for my own piece of mind. Went here today to get simple acrylics done, but when walking inside the people were not so welcoming. As I picked my color and sat down, I asked the man doing my nails that I would like the shape of my nails to be pointy. He said he couldn't do this and his reason for this was, "I don't like doing those kind of nails". This upset me because recently I've been getting my nails done like this and I've really grown to love my nails that shape. However, I was polite and said alright and I would get my nails shaped square like he said he wanted to do. So I went with it. After multiple times of him making fun of my nails and saying he just doesn't like doing nails like that, I began to get irritated. Still I never was rude to the man. When he was working on my nails, he did them very quickly like he was in a rush and had better things to do. After finishing my nails, the result was exactly what I expected it would be like. My nails were poorly done, and one nail he even cut some off of when working on it, and didn't go back to even fix it...The man that did my nails wasn't the only one in the store that acted this sort of way. When I came in I came with my friend, and all she wanted was a simple manicure. After another man who worked on her nails, first removed her finger nail polish she had still on, and then left her there while he went and worked on a new customer who has walked in after us. My friend waited an hour, and by this time she just asked to her her nails painted and that was all. I will never be going back to this nail salon again because of this experience I had there today. I had a pedicure and it was a slice of luxury.  A previous reviewer dubbed him "dad", but whoever he is, he has magical hands.  Fabulous leg/foot massage.  I may not opt for the robo-chair back massage next time because it distracted my zen foot experience.I asked for a special nail art look and it turned out great.Wish I could do this every week. I have no complaints, I only use these services being a mail to take care of the health of my feet, and the staff if very friendly and they offer that pickle, they give you water to drink, they even stayed a little after close to do a last minute nail service for my friend.  I have no complaints, and highly recommend you give this place a try!  They offer a cash payment incentive program which is nice. By the way the standard pedicure is a bit more then the competing places, but they give you the mid level treatment which includes like a 16 minute foot message. I believe there is a lower level, so I do believe its just a little more then some places, but worth the try if your okay with that if you think the extras and cleanliness is worth it, I do. Love! Love! Love this place!! The place is gorgeous inside!! As soon as you walk in you are greeted by someone in the family (this is a family run business) they have great choices of colors and services. I had a gel mani and jealously watched as "dad" gave a young lady a fabulous pedi with a 16 min massage!! Next time it will be me :)) And most important la belle is spotless everywhere!
