I have went to one prior to the new owners and loved Julie and mike and and these new owners are great as well ! They are very welcoming and pleasing ! Gigi did my nails and she did an awesome job! I had one of the best experiences here. The staff was super friendly. My nail tech asked me questions about how I preferred to have my nails shaped and made sure I was satisfied before I left. Great environment, clean with good music. Only complaint, I wasn't expecting them to be about $5 more expensive than the place I used to go to. But it was probably worth it. Read Less

I've been looking for a good and clean nail place here in Frankfort since we moved here 3 1/2 years ago. I didn't want to keep having to drive to Lexington. The guy that did my nails did a good job and lady that did my eyebrows was great! However, while I was waiting on my toes to dries I saw a roach crawling across the floor and there was 3inches of nail dust covering everything in sight!! Needless to say I'll keep looking. This has to be the WORST pedicure I've ever received. The guy only used the hard purple sponge on my feet. He refused to use the grading tool. I have been putting off a pedicure all summer and trust me when I say the purple sponge was like using a wash cloth on my feet. It did noting. It was only when I asked for the manager and told him I'd be happy to find another place that they brought out the grading tool. He didn't clip my toenails even after I told him I wanted them shorter. I have been to a lot of places and this had to be the fastest job ever less than 35 minutes total. Needless to say I will not be back or recommend them to anyone. One star was the lowest I could give, but it's worse than one star. Don't waste your hard earned money. Read Less

I had beautiful natural nails. I've been using Gel for a long time without any issues. Other salons soaked it off. Paradise is lazy about soaking off the gel.To speed up the process they take a rough nail file, one that is meant to be used on acrylic and filed off the gel. They filed into my natural nail causing damage that left gouges and ridges in the nail. I pointed it out to the tech and she said that is nothing it buffs out. Not true!!! My nails are now weak and breaking at that point where they left those ridges and gouges from the rough file. Thank you Paradise Nails for ruining my beautiful nails. My nails are growing out and I promise you I won't be back. Also, a co-worker of mine went to your salon last week. She had gel removed and regular polish put on. She wasn't happy. She pointed out ridges you filed into her nails. You could see and feel them thru the polish. If she would of told me she was going to your salon I would of warned her. She won't be back either! I go to Paradise Nails for my manicures and pedicures and have been so happy. They do a great job! My favorite tech is Julie! A new manager took over in March, 2014 and there is not a smell of smoke anywhere now! I highly recommend Paradise Nails! Read Less

Not sure what happened with Paradise Nails. They were great when management first changed. The quality of their work has gone straight down hill in the past 1 to 2 months. Prices were never the same for same services. The guys wreak of cigarette smoke which I tolerated when quality was good. I won't step foot back in this place. I do not recommend. Read Less
