to be honest, this place is not a bad place to get your nails done. but the customer service could use some work. I bought a pedicure giftcard for my friend and she tried to use it and it had expired yesterday. My friend is 7 months pregnant and was trying to wait a week before my wedding to get the pedicure, and they wouldnt budge on the expiration date. she even offered to pay extra and get a gel set. this is not a corporation and they definitely could have made an exception. i have been to many other places that have made exceptions for expirations dates of more than 1 day. so I wont be going back, there are too many other decent nail salons in frankfort. I highly recommend Modern Nails in Frankfort. It is a lovely environment with very skilled and professional staff. They are very friendly and always do a fantastic job. I get the most modern designs on my nails every month. They are reasonably priced and you will always feel great when you leave after a manicure, pedicure or brow service. My nails are always beautiful and everyone asks about Modern Nails. They have many skilled and talented staff with very short wait times. They are just like family. I love it there! Read Less

I would highly recommend this nail salon. The salon is always clean, professional, the techs remember you and understand you. I am very picky on the edges of my acrylic nails (with gel polish). Tia manages to Always Get my nails perfect. And if you love a great pedicure...go to LADA. LADA GIVES THE BEST PEDICURES THAT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED....and I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years. I will not get my nails done anywhere else. Read Less

I got a full set of acrylics. Very thick, not even straight set on the nail. The paint job was terrible, didn't even cover all my nail. Edges were rough and very uneven. Not the worst nail job I've seen but right up there with it. Read Less

Worst pedicure I have ever had. No massage, literally just rubbed lotion on my legs. Put the polish on so thick, three hours later it still smudged! Good money gone to waste tonight. The polish is old with poor choices available, so bring your own polish if you choose to come here. Very unhappy and will never go back. Read Less

I went in for a pre-vacation mani/pedi and received excellent customer service. My tech was friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed talking with her. She was very precise in her work. I got a regular pedicure and my feet looked awesome afterward. She talked me into a gel manicure so it wouldn't chip on my island getaway. The manicure held up well until about four days in when the base of the polish near my cuticles started to peel up. I painted a clear coat over my nails and they look okay again. I'll probably return but maybe just get a regular manicure next time. Read Less
