Just left this place, have gone a few times, always with my daughter. Not impressed with the guy who did my nails, not friendly. Also last time I was in, got all the same things and cost me $65 plus $10 tip. This time cost me $100 bucks! I didn’t leave a tip and I will take our business somewhere else! I also noticed the items used on my nails, once he was finished, he only sprayed with alcohol and then put back. That isn’t how you clean those items and I will contact the health dept on Monday! Went to LA nail bar with my friend and we were both extremely satisfied with the service they provided. I got a gel mani pedi and so did my friend. There was no wait and they went right into business. For pedi, the water temperature was just right and my nail technician, Mai, gave me a really worthwhile massage, applied on the gel polish carefully, and the most important part SHE TOOK TIME AND MADE SURE MY NAILS LOOKED RIGHT. As for mani, I asked for a diamond design and some recommendations along with it. Mai was very patient and gave me great consultations. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this visit and will definitely come back again, along with my friend! I highly recommend this nail salon to everyone. My wife loves this place! This is where she spends her Saturdays every 3 weeks. I've gotten a mani and pedi once, but I normally just sit back on their massage chairs while I wait for her :). Went here last Thursday to get gel nails and by Saturday the clear coat had turned yellow and was peeling off. So I stopped in Monday being completely dissatisfied to ask for a refund in which I was told they do not do refunds and it was the color I picked out. I was also told it would $15 and they could re paint them... definitely will not be back or recommending this place to anyone. Read Less

Usually id give 5 stars no prob but this time I was charged $15 more for the same thing I got last time just a different design and when I got home I noticed that one finger the design is going the complete opposite direction of all the others and it was too late to say anything because they were already closed I'm happy with the design and the way they look just not happy with the fact that cost more for no apparent reason and the one finger is completely backwards Read Less

I went for the first time today to get a pedicure. Usually I go to another establishment and I was blown away by this place! The chairs were amazing, the music and atmosphere we're welcoming and the staff was very friendly! I messed up my toes when I went to my car and they even fixed them for me.
