Horrible ... Just horrible. The man who put a full set on my daughter was rude and smacked her hand several times. Her nails were crooked and uneven. He said they looked fine and we get what we pay for. He was very angry. He took a phone call and seemed like yelling on the phone. When I said I wanted a refund, his wife said no. That they would fix them. At least she apologized for her husband's rude behavior. She even said she had to fix all his mistakes and he needs more practice. She even insulted us and said "you don't do nails, I Will fix how you want". Poor customer service. Polish was horrible, left one side of nail with no polish at all. We will not be back. Read Less

I went there with my mother and her friend visiting from out of state. And we had an awful experience. Her friend needed a nail fixed yet they just painted over it and said it did not need to be fixed. My mother walked out with multiple crooked nails that they so called "shaped". And I got a full set of acrylics and had to ask them to fix it multiple times because they were not well done and a day after they already began to break. Never again. They charge me $18 to paint my toe nails and they made me sit in a hard chair and she had me put my feet under the table and that was very uncomfortable. I just came out of there and I am really hurting in my back from the way they had me sit and from the hard chair. And I think it's very rude to speak another language when others don't know what you are saying. That is just rude and annoying. I wish they would be considerate and speak English. Also they need to update their chairs and stuff. They were all tore up. The place did look clean and I know it cost to have a business but you also have to keep it updated. The lady that did my nails was nice but she talked in her language to the other lady the whole time and only talk to me that last 2 minutes. So no I do not recommend this place to anyone. I used to go to the one behind suntan city but I had forgot about it. I will be going back there for sure. They let me sit in the big chair and I was comfortable. Never again!!! The guy who did mine did a horrible job and was rude. Had them done for my wedding and had to go back two days later to l.a nails and had them filled and re colored. Complete waist of time and money! Read Less

I went to this salon today because there were not any others open on a Sunday. Great decision! I got acrylics done and I personally like them very short so I can still function with them. The man who did my nails (Jerry, I think) listened and did them perfectly! Love them! Only $25 for polished acrylics. $30 for a french manicure. Will be going back!! Read Less

Only allow Linda to do your nails. The male that works there does a sloppy job. The first time he did my nails I wasn't thrilled with the results. He did my nails on Saturday morning (10-20-12) as there was no one else there. I had him do a fill in and paint my nails with gel paint. When he told me I was finished I paid and went to the parking lot and looked at my nails. I noticed they weren't very shiny as they usually are with gel paint. Not only were they not shiny, they were sticky! The edges were a mess and I had nail polish here there and every where. The lines were very uneven. I should have gone back in, but I didn't want him doing my nails again. I went across town to Paradise Nails and had it all removed. They said the gel polish wasn't even dry under the layers. They could literally peel off the paint. Nail cost for the day, $80 plus tip (altogether for both places.) I won't be going back. Read Less
