We just had our wedding party in Salon 602 for our hair and we brought Sarah, a local make up artist to the salon to do our make up. Everyone looked beautiful after hair and make up.What a fun and relaxing morning we had. They allowed us to bring food and drink, get dressed there and take before wedding pics. Great salon with a very welcoming environment. The salon is always clean and tidy, very well kept. All of the stylists are friendly and inviting. I want to first say I'm rating the quality not the people. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. That being said, I must say my end result was HORRIBLE! I was there with a bridal party. Four of us in total, three of us got a mani-pedi and the other just had a pedi. First, they only have two chairs....two. Every other salon I've been to has no less than 4 chairs. This wouldn't have been that big a deal except for the fact that it took them 2 hours and that's not including me!!!! That was just for the first two. The appointments were made for 10. I got in the chair at 12. I told them I would skip the pedi since we had things to do. Now for some reason it only took them 25 minutes to do my nails and the other girls' pedi. I don't know why they took so long to begin with. I've been to other places and one tech does your feet then they move you so you can have your nails done. This was all done in the same chair.     I may have gotten over all this except that my girl did a terrible job on my nails. Not only did she cut them waaaaaaaay short (after asking me if I wanted to keep them long, which I did) she then sawed my nails with a nail file into points. The paint job looks worse than if I did it myself, no straight lines and each nail is uneven. I didn't say anything because this was about the bride. I didn't want to cause a scene. She had never had her nails done and was so thrilled. I could tell the other bridesmaids were NOT happy, but what can you do? The price was "discounted" because the bride bought a package. For my wedding-four girls with 4 pedis, 3 manis, and I got a full set- $190 and we were out in 90 minutes. At this salon all that stellar service was $180. Something is VERY wrong here. Please just go to one of those places where they don't speak english but give you a superb results. I agree with the first review, I will NOT be returning. Read Less

First let me start by saying I only had nail services done here, but I will not be returning to try any other services.I had an OPI Gel Manicure done on Saturday, July 21st and the girl who did it was nice and friendly.  However just 3 days after my service, my gel polish was lifting off of my nails and looked absolutely horrible.  I've been getting gel polish (Shellac, OPI) done for a while now and know that the polish will last until you have it removed.So needless to say I was disappointed with the application.  What made me decide to write this, is the fact that I called the Salon (and had to leave a message) to ask if they could fix the polish or take it off.  I have yet to hear back from them.  So I'm guessing that customer satisfaction is not high on their priority list.  Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for your nail services.
