Says they open at 9:30am. They did not. They finally turned the lights on around 9:45am. I signed in around 9:50. I got seated at 10:03 and I am soaking in cool water that isn't even blue. One of the technicians had been eating and texting ever since I got there. Worst pedicure ever. If there were "0" stars, I would have given that.

The quality is poor here. The same day I had a manicure the nail polish came out in the shower! I had paid $42 for nothing. Please Regal Nails, improve the quality of your work.

I've been getting my nails done for years. Helen is a miracle worker with acrylics. I work in healthcare. An they last the full 2 weeks. Everyone else I've gone has lifted. 😍😍

Its under new management, unfortunately! I got manicure with shellac polish and pedicure the day I left for carribean cruise. The next day polish was peeling off of 2 fingers. I called the manager she...
Its under new management, unfortunately! I got manicure with shellac polish and pedicure the day I left for carribean cruise. The next day polish was peeling off of 2 fingers. I called the manager she said will fix when I h e t back I said it will be a while before I return she said no problem. I got back got pedicure and was going to get stalleto nails with shelac. I mentioned our conversation she said it's been q while I said yes I told you I would be traveling but anywho she said would give me 5 off I said how about 10 I had sent her photos when it happened ans informed I have more pictures from that week showing it had peeled on all pictures. The coat for what I was getting done would have been 105.00 I would have paid 95. But that's ok went to obi got my nails there for 25.00 cheaper.and my nails look beautiful!

They are pleasant people who do an amazing job. I have been going there for four months and I am very satisfied. What makes me the happiest is, if you come back to their salon to have your nails done, you do not get charged an extra $5 to get them removed! It is great! I do not recommend going to their salon during busy hours if you desire the greatest service.

They now have new owners and a whole new team. Helen and her daughter are fantastic with acrylic and the new mineral dip nails. Friends and I have been going there for over 6mos now and have no complaints. If you don't like the way something turned out or have a problem just talk to Helen and she will take care of you. Also, Andy gives great pedicures and is very kind.

They have a pink colored in-store sign asking the customers to leave tips in cash. Their employees must be not reporting all their tips on income tax. Plus, the worst service by one woman she was a full disrespect by making faces, laughing on how I as a customer DO NOT like her poor technique. NOT Worth spending my dollars for inside walk-mart class location with low-grade poor customer service attitude.

They are pleasant people who do an amazing job. I have been going there for four months and I am very satisfied. Friends and I have been going there for over 6mos now and have no complaints. If you don't like the way something turned out or have a problem just talk to Helen and she will take care of you.
