Very friendly staff but I am very unsatisfied with my nails. My nails are all uneven and some are ridged, I asked for squoval and got square, sorta, my nails now trapizoid shaped, she cut my nails with craft scissors... Its honestly the second worst nail job I've ever had. Read Less

I paid ahead and tipped pretty damn well, too well for what I got, and yet the white of my French manicure is way too thick even though I asked for it to be thinner and it's not even nail to nail. Won't return. Read Less

This salon is terrible, first they like disgusted when you ask about services,then they try and push the most expensive types of services and finally if you don't agree with that they do a crappy job on your nails. I have 2 separate occasions that this has happened, first one they where kinda of busy. Because of this I gave them the benefit of doubt,and went back only because I was in a hurry. And I say only because I had been driving to Mt Washington for mani and pedis and was thrilled with the results. They charge one flat fee and they put your feet in wax and give great leg massages. So I go back to regal they try to push gel polish for extra 35 dollars and when I said no,they proceeded to put an ungodly amount of polish on my nails. I know this because I set under Breyer for ever and the guy came over to test them and smudged my nail! Even the other ladies sitting beside me said,omg I can't believe he did that. I had been using this nail salon for over 3 months and was quite satisfied until my last visit. The trip before they told me how great that the gel polish was and that it would last for 2 weeks up to a month. So I switched over to it on my manicure and pedicure. Two weeks later my nails needed redoing but I decided to use regular polish because my nails grew so fast. He charged me $10 to take it off my hands. Nothing was said about this charge when they ask to put it on. I have been taking my granddaughter with me to get a manicure once a month. Now, they are loosing both of our business. Nothing is posted or mentioned about this charge until they get ready to take it off. That is not right. I will be going elsewhere. Read Less

i had a very bad visit to regal nails,they did not do what i wanted,and my nails started coming off after 2 days,and i was rushed out the door as if they knew,this was the 1st time i had ever gotten my nails done and very dissapointed,i dont recommend going to regal nails Read Less
