Ticia was very good with my 5-yr. old daughter's first real hair cut. She was friendly, gentle, engaging, and did a professional cut and style. Though timid at first, my daughter loved it and wants to go back. I was very pleased with my own cut as well. She was very good at understanding what I wanted and helping me understand what would work best for me.

not sure what to say, but I just love my new razor cut. I never even knew about them, but Heather said it would look good and it does - everyone commented on it looking great.
