I have been going to Kim's for years for pedicures and have been quite pleased. I've trusted their quality and cleanliness so I brought my daughters here and my daughter's friends. They have seen me and my girls through sandal seasons, weddings, proms and special occasions over the years and all has been positive. However we went for my oldest daughter's birthday to get a full set for her and her younger sister and I thought while I was there I would get a pedicure. Everythi...ng was great, a couple of days later we went on vacation. During this time one of my daughter's nails were perfect and the other had every single tip fall off. No problem I thought...one manicure was obviously not done correctly by a new tech who admitted she was inexperienced...I'll just call after we return and have them fix it. I called and explained when we came, what had happened, that we were on vacation and I asked for the failed set to be replaced and that today was the first day we could come. She refused to replace the set for anything less than half price and actually argued that she had rent to pay and I had waited too long to call for a fix. I was pretty shocked and saddened by her response. Customer service is super important to me and I really thought this wonderful place had it until I learned today how they handled a failure in their product and service. I completely understand this type of business needs limits on the fix but her response was unreasonable to my very reasonable request. The service is friendly and at a reasonable price. We've gone several times for a manicure and pedicure and we haven't gotten a bad one yet. We will definitely come back time and time again. (They definitely take their time with their massages too!) Read Less
