They seem to prefer Their Language,. I felt uncomfortable as they were laughing and speaking in their Language. I asked if she was talking about me. She replied she was speaking Their Language. Funny but you can speak English and are being Paid by English speaking Patrons. Maybe have Respect for the person you are being Paid and Tipped well for services you provide? I Also felt uncomfortable with their Nail Service and babysitting (4 month old) at arms length.momma had to tak...e baby girl out of bedding to put into swing while seemed like correcting a possible 4 year old while I waited. I go to get a Manicure and Pedicure to Relax. I was not relaxed feeling guilty that I was taking mother/baby time away. I was asked if I wanted a Manicure (I signed in for Manicure and Pedicure),. I had hoped for a Spa Manicure and Pedi but I was surprised and Confused once she started Her language. In the end, it was a simple Manicure and Pedicure. I will not go back! Went for a fill in and cut down it was terrible he cut my nails shorter than my real ones and they were crooked I spoke to the owner and he said they could redo but I'd have to wait again or come back I ask the one who did them why $40 for a fill in and he said everyone charges that that's a lie Nails Express doesn't they offered no refund I told him just remove them and paint them they looked like a child did them and they were still crooked totally a waste of money Read Less

I went to Emily Nails in Danville and was highly disappointed. I asked for the $30 nails twice and at the end, the guy told me it would be $45...one of the girls that was with me had the exact same thing done and it was $30. I was not happy with the final product at all. Don't waste your time to go here. Read Less

I asked him to cut my toenails since he started filing without doing so and he cut one. Then I asked him to cut the ingrown toenail out and his response was "ya,ya" like I was bothering him. Polish job was terrible. Won't go back again! Read Less

Went in for a pedicure last Friday afternoon. Had to wait 45 minutes but I understood because of the day and time. After putting lotion on my calves, the manicurist went to a pile of dirty cloths on the floor, searched to pick two that didn't seem too dirty and then took them to the sink to wash in hot water. Worst mani/pedi ever. The technician didn't even use lotion. My feet were rough when I left!! When I complained, I was told to explain to the technican how to do his job next time. News flash. There will not be a next time!!!! Read Less
