The employees here are always super friendly and do a wonderful job on my nails every time I visit. The only thing that detracts from this establishment sometimes is the other clients, who may be loud or have kids running around, but overall this place is great. The price point is also pretty typical of most nail salons as well, so they're not super expensive. Read Less

I went to get a fill in with regular polish. It took the lady an extremely long time to do the fill in and I told her at least 5 times that I wanted my nails cut down. When my nails were FINALLY filled in and cut down ( which took an hour and a half), I noticed that there was a noticeable crease where the cuticle met the nail, I spent another half hour having her grind the nail base down. I asked her if she was new, she just giggled. I asked her how much and she told me $58 dollars, I said " for a fill in?" The gentleman that works there told me it was only $18. I asked the lady if she was new and she just giggled.. I will NEVER go back, horrible service and I'm not spending my hard earned money to take 2 hours for my nails to get done. I have been going here for about 8 months if not longer and it is a great place. Ty or Eric does my nails and they are great !!! Ty has done them the last two times and he goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Good conversation and very sweet. I'd recommend this place to anyone.Read Less

Went to get pedi and 2nails fixed (gel). Had to get a fake nail cause mine broke.  Was too long and Kei keep insisting that it matched the other nail (on the opposite hand mind you). I gave in and said fine (as I sit here looking at it and hate it). Got a pedi by wendy,ask about a tool she was using (just curious what it was for), she looked at me with an attitude and said " I can use another one, I don't understanding what ur asking". Never made conversation, never smiled. I'm no diva by no means,but when I pay for a service I expect better customer service than this.fake or not fake,I don't care. A new full set took an hour and a half (the place was empty) and cost over $50 with tip. Before I left, they put on a gel top coat (for extra $) to keep them shiny. They didn't listen to the shape of nail I wanted or the shade of French coat I wanted. The very next day, the top coat began to pee. It's now 5 days later, and almost all my nails have peeled. I went here on a Wednesday evening around 6:00 with my sisters. We all 3 went for manicures and pedicures. We got regular polish for the pedi, the 2 of them got acrylic nails while I got shellac. We were taken back immediately which was nice. However that's about where my experience took a turn. The woman that did my nails was nice, but did not seem very skilled. She kept trying to get a small ingrown nail out while doing my pedicure. After several failed and uncomfortable attempts I asked her to just leave it be. After me asking, she still went back several more times and again failed. Which left my toe extremely sore for days following. There is no sugar scrub included. I was told I could pay $5 extra. The other 2 salons I frequent regularly include this already in their pricing. Then came time to do my shellac. The only "manicure" that was done was filing my nails. I was told that buffering and trimming my cuticles is not included in the price and I would have to pay extra. Which I declined because it was $45 for shellac nails and I think that's a very high price with no type of nail maintenance included. It took over an hour for basic filing and the polish to be applied. the lines for the French were uneven, and after I asked her twice to thin the lines out I finally just decided to leave unhappy with my nails. At this point we had been at the salon for 3 hours. I would have been there another 45 minutes had she tried to thin the lines for a third time. My sisters both noticed after we left that their nail polish was not fully applied and you could see the white artificial nails along the sides of almost all of their fingers. I only went here because my normal salons were booked up. Between the 3 of us it cost over $200 and our nails were decent at best. Now I haven't gotten a full manicure at this place. Because I wouldn't let them give one to me. Ever. I walked in and sat down and the man, Kai who sat down to do my nails pulled out a box of tools. No alcohol. No disinfectant. Nothing. Just a little box of tools. Well he pulled some out. A pair of cuticle nippers, a file, and a cuticle pusher. Being a paranoid person I started checking the tools. The file had white residue on it. And the nippers had OTHER PEOPLES CUTICLES ON IT. I promptly walked out. Obviously. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL PARLOR. They do not follow procedure. You will be risking infection and your nails if you do. Read Less
