So on Friday i went to get my nails done being that Mother’s Day was Sunday ! I went in at 5:45 i wanted for a hr just for service i wasn’t mad about the wait time it was fine so finally the lady come to paint my toes and is keeps asking why don’t i do a pedicure it better for you i politely tell her no color change please so she rush there that then the lady that sits behind Paul on the righ “second seat” does my nails she keeps pushing that i do a solar set instead of just the pink powder as usual i like it plain and natural looking she stars my nails and a small conversation she proceeds to ask what shape i tell her”VERYSQUARE” so after looking at the shape of all my nails they aren’t all the same so i say something the nail in my finger are lifting she like no it’s going to be ok it won’t lift so she gets upset Brian i stayed to her she brining my nail with the drill she then fixes her Mouth to say “ YOU AMERICANS ARE COMPLICATED” i immediately state to her that she’s just rude and if it wasn’t for us Americans wanting nails they would have much of a business ....FAST FORWARD ITS MOTHERS DAY AN THE TWO NAILS I STATED WOULD COME OFF ARE OFF IM PISSED WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!! The lady who did my nails wanted me to do solar which I had no intention of doing so I asked her how much to matte my nails and she told me so I told her can do just acrylic powder and matte instead of solar but she did not listen to me so I ended up paying more than I wanted to. The lady who did my acrylics did a terrible job. She was pushy and rude, and my nails turned out uneven in length, crooked, and clumpy. After the fact I told her that I was not happy with them and politely asked if she could remove them, and the man stepped in and told me loud and clear that "I got what I asked for" and was going to make me PAY to remove them. I will never be back here again. They pop off the nails (acrylic) and they made my nail bed bleed. This was after I very clearly shown that what They were doing was painful. They constantly try to upsell you and push for the gel nails and expensive pedicures. They injured me and didn't care at all. No thanks. Also, Paul Nguyen very loudly told me in the store my card wasn't going to work, with me having been a regular for over a year and always paying. It was a transaction limit issue and my husband came in with the money no problem. My issue is with publicly embarrassing me and doing nothing about the fact my nail got punctured by their removal method which I'm sure state board wouldn't approve of. I’ve been going to super nails for a couple years and after this last time I will not be going back. The employees don’t care about their customers or ask what you want at all. They simply do what they want. I specifically asked for acrylic this go round and the woman put solar on me to upsell. I was there 5 days ago and paid $50 and even tipped the woman even though she didn’t ask me any questions. Today my nail broke as I closed my car door. I just wish I could get my money back because now I have to go to a different salon, and get a completely different set. So please do not waste your money on this business. Read Less

I love Paul he’s always the best to me and I have low immune system and am likely to get fungus at most nail places and never have here. I have been to other places when I was in a pinch and 7/10 times I leave with injury or a fungus days later, but never at super nails. Everyone says these type of bad things about all nail places but my friend is on state board inspection and tells me super nails is the cleanest and is one of very few who actually have all licensed nail techs here and doesn’t try to put young kids to work without a license.... super nails is the best in bg! I will not be back to this place. I was the first customer of the day. I told the lady I wanted a manicure and she points for me to pick out a color on the gel wall. Didn't even ask if I wanted gel or not. I told her I wanted a regular manicure and she rudely pointed out multiple times that "they will chip right away". Really?? Before gel manicures ever existed I bet you a million bucks you didn't tell your customers their manicures will "chip right away" otherwise they would... walk right out the door. I know gel lasts longer but that's not the point. She tried to upsell me SEVERAL times, being sure to show her extreme disappointment in my choice to not go with gel. She then sits me down and makes multiple negative remarks about the state of my current nails, making sure to tell me how much "better" they looked after she worked on them. Not to mention I could tell she just wanted to get rid of me. It was the quickest manicure I've ever gotten. When I left, nobody said "thanks" or anything for that matter. Was the worst nail experience of my life. I sat down in the chair for a pedicure and automatically wanted to leave, and should have. They were so rude and pushy...and couldn't except the fact that I wanted the basic pedicure. They half assed the whole appointment and did not do a single thing successfully. The entire point of going was to feel great when I left. My nails look clumpy and messy, and to top it off they asked me to pay before I even sat down to have my nails dry. I don't think I would ever come back here they left my nails crooked. They couldn't do the simplest design I wanted and they left them thin I don't like them thin I like it nice and thick. Only good thing about it is that they didn't cut my real nails. I have been to many nail salons in several states thru the years. I have tensie nail beds and it is hard to have nails adhere. Paul is the only person who has been able to do my nails so that they will stay on. Paul and Daniel, along with the ladies have hearts of gold. If a client doesn't like their nails, he will bend over backwards to make it right. They work hard every day. I have been a client for almost 20 years. Since my first review was removed on Facebook because I told the truth about my visit, I will rewrite it here as well. I would not recommend this place. I went with my friend to get our nails done & we encountered several issues. First off, the workers lied about being out of a color someone we knew just got minutes before we came in. I know they lied because one woman came & put it back up on the wall & I asked the name & sure enough it was the one my friend was wanting. Second, the workers were very rude, not only to us but to one woman who was very upset & worried that she lost her card & swore she left it there. After one of the men there was fussing at her swearing she didnt leave it there, the gentlemen doing my nails yelled across me, at her that the card was not there. They handled it extremely badly. Finally, the woman who did my friends nails used a pink top coat instead of a clear one and it messed up the color. After asking her to kindly do it again she did the same thing & it looked the exact same. The nails didnt even look like they had been painted. My friend asked if she could just get the color I got & the lady was trying to avoid us. So she asked the guy who did my nails & he made her come back & do them. After all was said & done my nails looked good & hers were better. But to me its not just how the nails look. Its also about the experience & this one was very poor. If they werent so rude to the older woman & my friend we might have gone back but because that happened, we will not. I hope they dont delete my review again but the truth sometimes hurts. Im not trying to bash on the company. They may have been having a bad day but everything couldve been handled better. Paul and his crew at Super Nails are the best around. I have gone there for over 20 years. Yesterday was a busy day for them with wedding parties and folks getting ready for Spring Break. I have never been treated with anything but the utmost respect. I have often watched them help older folks in and gone the extra mile to make them comfortable. I will never be returning to this nail salon again. I accidentally dropped a bottle or nail polish called tiramisu for two. I kept apologizing and helped the lady clean it up. It was clearly an accident and I was remorseful. The lady told me where to sit and I did as I was told. She didn't speak any English to me unless absolutely necessary. There must not be a word for tiramisu in her language because I picked up on it more than once as she was bitching to her coworkers. I figured out quickly that she didn't want  to small talk with me so I didn't keep trying. I asked for a double top coat which I do every time I get my nails done. She then bitches about that too. I was more than uncomfortable at this point. She told me I owed $25 for my nails then told me I owed $20 for the bottle I dropped. $20 freaking dollars for a bottle they probably bought for $3. I understand I broke it and would have been more understanding if they changed me $5 or even $10! But $20 are you kidding me? I was going to try it out as my new go to nail salon but I will NEVER BE RETURNING! So I hope they enjoy my $20 but they will never get my business again! Read Less

I went to get my nails filled with a shellac manicure over it and called before hand because I had been waiting for awhile at my usual nail salons as they were pretty busy. They said no wait and they could get me right in. They sat me in a chair and I waited 25 minutes for someone to finally get started on my nails. I was going from a dark purple to a bright pink and he didn't even take off all of the old color around the edges. I had lines of purple around my nails until I gave up and just got them repainted somewhere else. The whole experience felt very rushed when I finally got help. I won't be going back. Read Less

Thirty minutes later I asked if I was going to be seen, and they said 5 minutes. 10 minutes later a group of ladies walked (no appt) and were sat down probably bc they were regulars. Nice and Clean...However VERY pushy to a "higher" pedicure when I only wanted a basic pedicure.  They take credit cards, but do not let you tip on the card....then they hang around you for you to give them a cash tip.  If you are not a regular customer, they are not friendly.  They also tried to keep my polish that I brought in myself.  I have heard these same comments from other friends who have been to Super Nail.  Not worth it.  Have had better pedicures for less money in Nashville and Atlanta. OMG!  The salon is appealing at first...but take a very close look!  The pedicure basins are dirty...I kept looking and they put a plastic liner into the basin....the pedicurist kept talking to the other pedicurist setting next to her....she never attempted to talk to me...I chose shellac manicure and the light was filthy...dust underneath and fingernails lying on top...I finally asked her to remove the fingernails because they were grossing me out!!!!  The polish applied was splotchy and when I complained she said it was because I had hit the shellac light underneath...Ugh I will NEVER return to this place..cannot believe such a mess!  NEVER AGAIN!!!!! The price was fair, everything was clean, the atmosphere was great, and most importantly my manicure turned out fantastic. My only complaint was that they were pushing really hard for me to get a shellack manicure, but once I was firm about not getting one then let me be. Read Less

WORST shellac manicure EVER! The manicurist put 3 coats of shellac on my nails--no other salon has ever done this. They looked very thick, almost like acrylics, and the shellac was all over my cuticles. Worst of all, because she put so much on, it started to peel at the base of my nails less than a week after the manicure. Never going back. Read Less
