Johnny was awesome! I live in Louisville most of the time but visit Bowling Green often and I am around the country in various cities all of the time... I have never been to a nail salon in BG before and literally just picked the closest one to my hotel with the best reviews and hoped for the best. I got quality service and quickly. Johnny shared a few things with me and seemed to have had a bad couple of days. Little did he know I have been fighting a few very hard battles of my own recently and his attitude was a welcomed blessing. Thanks Johnny for your work and I hope to see you again soon. I moved down here from Detroit and I was leery about finding a new nail tech because I am pretty picky about my nails. I love this place! Johnny is the best. Hes quick and efficent. I never have to wait long and the staff is always nice. They take good care of you with refreshments, and comfy seats. I’ve been going here for 6 months and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Went there today for a manicure. So disappointed. They filed and applied nail polish that was it...no nail soak, no pushing back your cuticles or cleaning them up, no nail oil and of course no hand massage. Didn’t care what it cost just wanted a professional manicure. I will not go back or recommend. Read Less

Terrible service. The owner is incredibly rude and short with customers. We asked if they had time for 2 pedicures and they said yes but we waited in the pedicure chair for over 45 minutes. While we were waiting we heard the employees complaining about the owner and hating their job. We also saw a former employee come into the shop escorted by 2 policemen to get her last check. It seemed to scary- police don't get involved unless there's a real issue. Once we finally got our pedicures I was in pain the whole time- the employee was incredibly rough. She cut my toes down so short they hurt. The worker that did my pedicure didn't even hardly speak English so it was hard to communicate. She also kept looking off and watching TV while doing my toes. They talk you into unnecessary expensive treatments. It's an extra 5$ to have them scrub the calluses off your heels. I do not recommend ever going. I am so unhappy I spent my money there. They seem to have way more issues going on that just doing people's nails. Read Less

I think that is KennyCASH....he is the older brother of Luxury nail's owner-jonny. He does nail half fast. When he is working on your nail and a client walks in. He would try to finishing you. He had done on me before. My color only last 4 days and it was Shellac. I came back and his brother tried to charging me $7 for fixing them. I was furious. Don't LET Kennycash do your nail. The gentleman named Kenny that works at Luxury nail is doing a very bad job. I have paid $80 for my shellac manicure and deluxe pedicure and it took him only 45 mins. It'S like he was in a hurry the whole time. I don't know why. He did not trying to cut my cuticles or PRETENDING like he did. I am very angry. I will never come back to Kathy's nail shop AGAIN.
