First off they didnt take debit,so i had to go get cash.i asked them to wax my eyebrows.once they sat me down they started lotioning my eyebrows up.i knew that wasnt what you usually did,so the guy showed me a razor.ive never had my eyebrows razored,so i was a little hesitant,but i didnt want to be rude.so i did it.my eyebrows are gone,i tell ya! I walked in there with thick eyebrows and just wanted them shaped up,now they are gone! Horrible, doesn't even deserve one star. Asked for manicure; all I got was barely filed nails and paint.  They didn't even have me wash off nail file dust or trim excess so now I snag everything.  Also,  I got shalack and they didn't trim my cuticles which means as soon as my nail grows they'll start to peel back.  Then when I called to tell them how dissatisfied I was they said I asked for shalack-but I asked for a manicure- then they said it would have been more money for a manicure! I was here the other day to get a manicure. I work construction my hands are very dry and my nails get cracked. They did no prep on my nails, no file, no shaping, no clipping, nothing. Also no lotion or hand massage. And the worst part is they didn't even prep or push back my cuticles! Then just applied gel. And even more awful is they look so sloppy. So unprofessional. The reason I'm paying somebody to do my nails is because (normally) they make them look perfect. I could have done a better and more thorough job myself. Waste of money. Read Less

When I called ahead for pricing for a pedicure and manicure I was quoted a price of $35 and $5 more if I wanted french manicure.. Well when I got in there they are trying to "push" this new gel nail polish " oh it lasts 4-6 weeks" the lady told me. Then she said " It's only one dollar more than the french manicure". So ok that is a quote of $41. When she gets finished she tells me my bill is $50. I asked her what happened to the price quote that she had given me 10 minutes earlier and she said that I must have mis understood her because its $1 more per fingernail, Had I known that there is no way in heck I would have had it done.... Funny thing about the misunderstanding, they did my sister in law the same exact way.... BEWARE !! Oh, and as far as it lasting, it doesn't 5 days later and they are chipped and peeling, I dont see any way they will last 4-6 weeks. Read Less
