I have gone twice, the first time was friendly and the service was great...It was a five star experience. However the last time I went, I called ahead for myself and a few friends. And when I got there a male seemed unhappy and while painting my nails with gel, he seemed uncaring by the fact that my fingers were burning under the uv light. The plosh was bumpy and heapt to the sides of my nails. While the posh was curing it burnt like nothing I have felt before (and I have had this done many times and at many different places without any pain) After ward he finished up and moved to the next person. When I asked the lady to fix it, she did, and was kind. However this should have never happened. It was so very clear that the polish had run or been applyed to thickly.....it was clear I was in pain and this has angered me. That man clearly did not want to be there, and he took it out on me. He knew I was in pain but kept going. I should have just walked out at this point. I'm sad that I have to give a bad review, but I do not want someone else to feel what I felt. I will not be going back, and that is unfortunate since the lady was very nice and I loved how clean the place is. But I can't take a chance that this will happen to me again...it really did hurt, felt like the tops of my fingers were bruning on a flat iron :( Read Less

Wonderful customer service! I use to go there all the time with my kids.The service is great. I 'm giving it 5 stars just cus its definitely not a 1 star salon and Tommy always takes care of my nails, Here are my thoughts: 1) The service is always good and I have never had a bad experience here. 2) they do an excellent job every time I come in and get a fill or a pedicure 3) they have a huge selection of nail polish 4) love the massage after the pedicures and my feet always feel better! Again, extremely consistent, clean, and worth the price. Use to go here almost every week or so but now I live further out but its still worth the drive when I need my nails and feet done. I would recommend any one to come there for Nail, Toe, and lashes. Read Less
