I normally love this place, which is why i gave it 3 stars !! If i was writing a review before went yesterday, i would have given 5 stars. If i was writing a review for just yesterday, i would give 1! I have been about ten times and hvae always enjoyed my experience and those who have worked on my nails. yesterday, however i had someone who had no clue what she was doing. She couldn't get my color - i wanted to try a light blue and she kept bringing teals and greens. finalyl the color was found and my toes were done. My hand nails were long and filed to the length i like (i typically prefile so they just have to clean them up). Well she decided to make them round and filed them so short and uneven thy had to go shorter (as short as possible now) to be evened out! i was so frustrated i kept taking the nail filer and fixing them myself. Someone else came over to see what was going on i guess, and i was trying to be nice about it, and i showed the other lady my right hand (untouched) how long and shaped they were and the left hand (which this lady worked out) how they were all short and uneven and messed up. Ended up, someone else did my nails and the nail color did not match my toes but its shellac so couldn't change it, still had to pay full price despite all that! Her name was thao, and i hate to say anything bad but i was so unhappy with her service. My nails are so short, wrong color, and ugh. And it didnt seem like anyone had sympathy regarding that so that frustrates me. Read Less
