Tried to ask for a design on my nails (polka dots) but the girl was either not listening or didn’t understand. I asked two or three times but I was sent to go dry my toes. It’s ok, guess I saved myself five dollars. I also wanted the deluxe pedicure but they didn’t ask that. Just gave the regular and sent me on my way. Theresa just did my nails! They are awesome!!! Her area is very clean and she is charming. She did a great job on my brows last time I was in. She also does pedicures so that is on my to do list. Kind of dirty. I went to get my lip waxed and the lady went all the way down to my chin. I'm not even very hairy!!! Plus my skin was a puffy mess for almost five days after the wax. The lady was friendly but I won't go back. Read Less

This was a horrible experience I went in to get simple black square nails and this lady completely refused to do my nails because I didn't want her using a hard drill on my nail bed so another lady came to do them. She said how she's a professional and all but the outcome was horrible it looked like a child did my nails. And her hands were covered in warts which are contagious and a health violation. Came here to relax after 3 days of driving and it was great. They have very reasonable prices (pedicures start at $22 for a "quick" pedi and go to $40 for an "ultimate"). Everyone who works there is very nice and it was a good experience overall. Read Less

I actually really like this salon. I go mainly for my brows and they are quick and efficient, not to mention the only ones i trust my eyebrows to. Every so often I'll treat myself to a manicure and/or pedicure and I have never left unsatisfied nor have I ever been treated poorly. The ladies and gentleman are very kind and patient. I forget the name if the lady that did my nails, she was very friendly and chatted with me the entire time while doing my nails. I just got a simple gel manicure but she did suggest glitter to bring it out a bit and I accepted (of course) I saw that they also do individual  lash extensions for under $100. I will definitely return for my nails and other services, as I did see they were doing brow waxing and lashes in a few customers while I visited and they were happy with their results. Read Less

Poor English - pushed more expensive gel when ask for acrylics. 4 nails glued on crooked - debated when told - did not follow nail procedure or ck work. Ask for tip charge on my card. Polish was sloppy dryers very dirty. Read Less
