I came here as part of a wedding party so we could all get mix-and-match manicures and pedicures. The entire experience was so excellent and positive, I will definitely be back to pamper myself in the future! I love that we got to pick a scent to mix into the lotion (and there were tons to choose from! I guarantee they're bound to have anything that strikes your fancy, from flower scents to the cozy smell of a fireside to strawberry lemonade and anything in between!) The girl who did my nails was really attentive and she did an excellent job. She was also nice and just the right amount of friendly (not overwhelmingly talkative but not cold and distant either). I also found the atmosphere to be really relaxing, and I'd imagine that it would be a great place to get a massage. I think that may be next on my to-do list! Read Less

I can't say enough good things about this spa, the service and the people who work there. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Aside from the exceptional customer service I need to point something very specific out. I took my sister here for the De-Stress Package which included mani/pedi, massage and facial. She had never been to a spa before. I felt like a spoiled brat because I treat myself to these things often at home in California. My sister has battled addiction throughout most of our lives. Everywhere we go people treat her poorly because of this. Because of how she looks. They shun her, look at her differently. I see this happen all the time. It hurts because she's a person. And she's my sister. I don't want to see her as an addict but it's our reality. I was not only pleasantly surprised but so relieved that the people at Fresh Spa welcomed her in and treated her like a person. She was queen for a day. No dirty looks, no comments. There was kindness, patience and human decency. I can't thank them enough for making her day even more special by just being kind. It goes a long way. Any time I visit Wichita in the future I'm going back. As far as services were concerned, there's an amazing array of fragrances to choose from for the pedicure. The massage was fantastic and the facial was exceptional. She really knows her skincare and I got a kick out of talking about skincare routines. Not once did I feel rushed to the next part of the package. The mani and pedi were also great and the ladies who did our nails happily chatted with us. I love my mani and pedi, my skin felt really soft after and the colors to choose from were just beautiful. This is exactly the kind of spa experience you want! This is a really nice and different place!It's not as big as the the known places in town and the brick building plus the natural looking interior makes it a little hippie-like! I scheduled an appointment a few days before I came in. I had a pedicure and a exfoliation body scrub. Both of the girls were very sweet and friendly. It didn't have the typical setting you would see in other salons with the massage chair and tub. They brought a huge bowl with the ingredients and sat on the rug/bare floor. It made me feel bad for her. When I checked out, I saw that they had a board with the monthly special selections and prices, which was the exfoliation scrub. I checked the prices online before arriving and it was cheaper than what was written on the board. I simply accepted that perhaps their online website wasn't updated but when I got home, I decided to call and ask them about the price difference. The owner was very accommodating. She said she would refund the difference and added $5 on top of it. So I had a total of $15 as my refund. I made the decision to try Fresh Spa Market based on other favorable reviews and I am happy to say that this great, local establishment did not disappoint.  It has been my go to spa for facials and massage ever since.  The staff here is warm, friendly, and welcoming.  I feel "at home."  The positive energy boosts my spirits each and every time and I cannot wait for my return appointment.  Having moved here from CA, I have been experiencing MAJOR skin issues due to the change in climate/weather and the aestheticians at Fresh Spa Market have been able to customize a skin care regimen that as helped me to see a noticeable improvement.  Happy skin is on the horizon thanks to the wonderful and caring staff at Fresh Spa Market.  And, massage.  Oh massage!  Stephanie and Corina are fantastic. Excellent massage, loved the girl who did my manicure, but the girl that did the pedicure was a little grouchy. Very cute place, and the woman who was at the front desk was very accommodating for our group, only thing that really bothered me was that we were not offered the disposable pedi slippers, and we had to walk on the gravel outside to the car barefoot. After coming here, I refused to go anywhere else. So far I have been here two times and have had great experiences each time. My first time I went for a manicure and pedicure for both my mother and I. I was so surprised that they don't charge extra for a french manicure- unlike every other place that I've gone too.This is not your average nail salon on the corner of every street. No, this hidden gem is simply amazing. The prices are lower than other nail salons but you get way more, and the staff are friendly and helpful. You're offered drinks like lemonade and tea. You also get to pick the scent of your lotions. Also the nail products are NATURAL. Meaning, chances of you walking away with a headache are slim to none. My second experience I came back for a manicure, pedicure, and also a mommy massage. Wow! My first massage and it was very amazing. The lady was very professional. As long as I live in Wichita, I can't see myself going anywhere else for pampering services other than Fresh Spa Market. Read Less

We booked the Fresh Spa Market for a girl's day and got a Relax Package. It was only $100 for Mani/Pedi and 55 minute massage.   This was a great value.. We booked this based on yelp ratings and were not disappointed. This is definitely a local place, and has no look or processes of a chain of nail or massage salons. The people were very friendly. They greeted us right away and had us fill out forms for our massage. We were able to pick our fragrances for our lotions for both the massage and the pedicure. Then they lead us to the massage tables.  we were both in the same room but it was okay..  The tables were heated and quite nice. The massages were good and the people givng them were very professional and not terribly chatty. Next we had our Mani Pedis .. we were quite surprised that they did not have professional pedicure chairs but instead did all of the nail work in adirondack chairs, which was a little odd  the materials looked clean and we saw people cleaning them,  but I noticed they used a lot of the same kinds of containers and such that I have at home from Target.  Our main concern is that the girls giving us Pedicures had to sit on the floor and even kind of lay on the floor to polish our nails.. we felt bad for them and thought this must be really hard on them.  Overall , we were very happy with the massage, mani and pedi. Everyone was super nice and friendly.. we were greeted in a friendly manner, they made sure we had refreshments throughout our several hours there.  We would definitely go here again.Oh one more thing, we were terribly surprised and impressed that they did not try to upsell us.. they did not even make a deal about making us pay for our services before our nails were done like at other salons. This place is awesome! Not your typical nail salon. Way more comforting atmosphere than your typical get in, get out nail salon. I called way late in the day after work and the owner said she may be able to squeeze me in. I got there and Mariah was busy on someone else's nails. She started my nails about 15 minutes before close and stayed almost an hour after they closed making sure they looked perfect. Great customer service AND my nails are decked out in my school colors. I decided on a whim that I wanted to get a manicure, but I was so tired of going to places and walking out with a headache because of all of the fumes. I searched around for awhile before finding this place, and I was definitely intrigued. I didn't call ahead, and when I arrived the staff were busy. But somehow they managed to fit me in! I was really surprised and delighted at their flexibility. During my manicure the staff and other patrons were all chatting together- their rounded "common room" type facility provides an atmosphere where talking to strangers was comfortable and accepted. I ended up getting a gel manicure. It only took 25 minutes or so and the results are gorgeous! Definitely making this my go-to spa from now on! Why go anywhere else??? Read Less
