Unprofessional. Was told there was 2 people ahead of me and the wait would be about 40 minutes. To 1st start coming to this place used to be really great service and you didn't have much of a wait but here lately when I've been coming and they've only been having 2 technicians on the floor you have 6 customers waiting . So like to see evening I decide to go in to get my nails done I walk in there's 3 technicians one of them are doing people's toes on the other 2 are doing nails so then as I'm sitting there They end up getting 3 more people to come in which now they have 2 people sitting there waiting to get their toes Dent and 3 of us that are sitting there waiting to get our nails done and it's an hour till closing and the technician feel said it's OK and it's time for him to go take a break while I've been sitting there 45 minutes And there is no explanation there's no sorry for the wait there's no nothing so I will never come-back to this place ever again until they can start getting their act together and hiring more technicians because obviously their customers are not that important when they cannot do what needs to be done Read Less

I used to go to another nail salon, but I came to this salon about 4 years ago when we had a bad snow storm. Martin knows his stuff, when it comes to nails. My nails don't grow downward like a lot of women's nails, so Martin knows how to do them to keep the tips from breaking and damaging my fingers. Everyone of his employees is very nice and helpful. I went to regal to try and get my acrylics fixed after another salon messed them up.  They did great work I'm so happy.  They were able to salvage my set without having to completely remove it.  The service I got was a refill - where they change out the tip color on your acrylics. $40 - very comparable to what I've paid in different locations throughout the US. Been here twice. First time, to get the gel nail polish removed. Guy wrapped my nails without sanding it down first so it took them twice as long to do what could've been done in 15 minutes. Went in a second time for a pedicure, was told there's a 15 minute wait. Ended up waiting almost an hour since they decided not to do pedicures in the order that people came in....wasn't impressed with the pedicure. I rarely write reviews, but...yikes. I went her because I was in town for a wedding, and really needed a pedicure.  When I called they said they were free for walk-ins, but when I arrived there were heaps of frustrated people waiting.  The owner ran the water and had me sit and soak, and honestly, it felt like that was his way of getting me not to leave, which I probably would have.  Someone got to me in 15 minutes, not so bad.  They use liners for the pedicure tubs, and I can't imagine how that ensures that the tub stays clean between uses without rinsing, water still gets behind the liner.  But the bad part, the women giving me a pedicure REALLY hurt me.  She pulled on the skin or something on the side of my nail on my big toe and ripped the heck out of it.  Of course the toe got infected and I took antibiotics for three days to be safe.  Worst pedicure experience I've ever had. Regal nails is located inside Walmart on Wanamaker. I got a pedi and It was decent. However, when I was ready to pay the pedi was $25, not $20 as stated on the yelp app. Customer beware!! The prices listed on the yelp app are NOT accurate. When I brought this to the attention of several employees at Regal nails, they didn't know anything about yelp or the pricing listed. Apparently they also do not offer waxing services, but it is listed on the yelp app. It would be great if they fixed these inaccuracies so that the customer knows what to expect. I did really like the color I picked though, and it looked nice on my feet. I may come back here if I'm in Walmart and need something done ASAP. They do have a very convenient location. Read Less

This is a great place to get your nails done for cheap, it is in Walmart on Wanamaker. It is a bit slow because there's only two people working, but it is good. I've never had a problem with this store. Read Less
