Do NOT go here!! I called ahead and asked if there was a wait time. They said no. Of course when I come in it's packed. I came in for just a gel removal polish on my feet and a new gel polish. I picked out two colors and they told me that I had to pay 5 dollars more for using 2 different colors.. Seriously?? And then he told me nevermind he will take care of it. When it came to him changing my polish he wants to do it at the manicure station and tell me to put my foot on a TRASH CAN below to remove my polish. I told him I wasn't going to do so. And asked why we couldn't just go to the pedi station. He says that he will not do it if I don't put it on the trash can. I thought that was disgusting. After a few bad words I left. Do not go here!! Fair warning....

The owners bring thier bad ace kids to work with them ...their employees all have crudy attitudes and none of them can do nails ... I don't know how this shop even stays in business their hours are horrible and their place is a disgusting mess!

The staff is rude and unprofessional. My sister and I called in advance to ask about the wait time. They didn't give a wait time, just said we could come in now. Then we proceeded to wait 45 minutes. Instead of having us get our nails done by two different people at the same time, one guy proceeded to take turns doing just parts of our nails until we were both done, while the other employees helped people that came in after us. It wouldn't have been that big of a deal if I wasn't charged an outrageous price for crappy nails. The guy only paid attention half the time the other half of the time he was looking around or talking to other people or answering the phone. I asked for acrylics with a coffin shape and he shaped them terribly. There were obvious bumps or I could even say Hills on my nails that should have been filed down. Plus I had rhinestones put on which were falling off the same day. Not worth the $75 I paid.

Every time I have ever been to this nail salon I have been treated very poorly by the incredibly rude staff and my nails always look like those ugly 100 coats of polish videos afterwards. The saff does not communicate with you about what you want and the product is always of poor quality. The only time I ever go here is when a friend offers to pay for my nails and they want to go here.

Yesterday was my first time in Rocco. I was there because I had an appointment with my new found friend Rita M. She did an amazing job, she made me feel comfortable because I (and she) was the only people of color in there I was a little unsettled. She made sure I was comfortable and happy. As we were in the middle of our appointment another stylist came over and ask Rita if she would be willing to help her with her client and do a part of her clients hair, without hesitation or a blink-of-an-eye Rita said sure that to me shows dedication to her job and to her clients. As Rita is now my hair specialist I wouldn't mind coming back to Rocco, because as long as Rita is there I know I will get the best.

My nails turned our great! My tech was Hee, he made my nails look great, not too thick. Even did under my nail tip, which most places don't take the time to do anymore. I will definitely be back for my fill in 2 weeks. The salon staff was very friendly, people talking and laughing, very positive atmosphere, not at all like some of the other salons close by. Overall my experience was great!

Not only do I leave feeling beyond fabulous and ready to take on the world after sitting in Cheryl and Tony's chair but I am extremely impressed with how they treat each and every client. I used to be the client where I wanted my blonde foils once a month because that is what I used to have. I never knew that is why my hair was breaking off at my roots and looked patchy. Cheryl asked me to go 8-9 weeks because she needed something to work with and cared about my hair and the ...integrity of my hair and her work. In two sessions she transformed my hair from a brassy gold blonde to a beautiful pale blonde and it is the healthiest it has ever been! I am extremely grateful for how she cares about me and my hair and not after more money seeing me more times a year. That is something you don't see in the beauty world and trust me I know I am in the business! Tony is amazing from start to finish! He won't let you carry your purse, he gets your coat, goes above and beyond to give you amazing customer service! He will take extra time to care for your hair and give you the best cut you have ever had! I come in once a week for a treatment and blowout and when I leave I feel so fabulous {insert hair flip here}! He is beyond honest and wants you to look and feel your best! If you are having an off day or just need a little pick me up go see Tony!! I have never felt so pretty and being so happy truly starts with how you look and feel and I thank my glam squad for making me feel beautiful. I highly recommend the staff at Rocco's to all of my clients at GLAM Beauty Lounge because I know Rocco's will take amazing care of them and treat them the way every beauty should be treated! Ps! I love Roccos; I've been a client of Rich for over 10 years...he's wonderful w/my fine, straight hair that can be a challenge. Plus I have been very satisfied with their other services (chemical peels, lash extensions, eyebrow tints and waxes). I believe this is by far one of the best salons in Rochester and the state.

Awful. The guy did my nails. I got acrylic French tips. He didn't take the time to fit all of them so you can still see all of my real nails. He rushed through it and did an awful job at it. I've been going to a different place in Hutchinson and it charges 15 dollars less and does an amazing job, but unfortunately I moved here. I will NEVER go to Nail World again. I will also be telling others NOT to go here. Horrible.

I LOVE this salon! I went in planning on cutting my long hair short, and my wonderful stylist Michelle and I talked it over and we decided to take baby steps and cut it to a short-medium length. She explained that way I can cut it more if I want to and I won't be left with completely short hair if I hate it. I'm SO happy she took the time to do so because I LOVE my hair! It's so gorgeous and I get a ton of compliments! I recommend her and this salon to everyone!! :))

Do NOT go here!! I called ahead and asked if there was a wait time. They said no. Of course when I come in it's packed. I came in for just a gel removal polish on my feet and a new gel polish. I picked out two colors and they told me that I had to pay 5 dollars more for using 2 different colors.. Seriously?? And then he told me nevermind he will take care of it. Every time I have ever been to this nail salon I have been treated very poorly by the incredibly rude staff and my nails always look like those ugly 100 coats of polish videos afterwards. The saff does not communicate with you about what you want and the product is always of poor quality. The only time I ever go here is when a friend offers to pay for my nails and they want to go here.

Yesterday was my first time in Rocco. I was there because I had an appointment with my new found friend Rita M. She did an amazing job, she made me feel comfortable because I (and she) was the only people of color in there I was a little unsettled. She made sure I was comfortable and happy. My nails turned our great! My tech was Hee, he made my nails look great, not too thick. Even did under my nail tip, which most places don't take the time to do anymore. I will definitely be back for my fill in 2 weeks. The salon staff was very friendly, people talking and laughing, very positive atmosphere, not at all like some of the other salons close by. Overall my experience was great!

I love Roccos; I've been a client of Rich for over 10 years...he's wonderful w/my fine, straight hair that can be a challenge. Plus I have been very satisfied with their other services (chemical peels, lash extensions, eyebrow tints and waxes). I believe this is by far one of the best salons in Rochester and the state.
