I am really concern about health crisis that can arise from what I noticed. The lady that did my nails cut me and afterwards she used the same equipment without sterilizing it. Now I am wondering if the person before me is not infected of some disease that can affect me since I did not see any form of sterilization done by this lady before using the equipment on me. Please always put into consideration the health of your customers. Please and please ensure safety. Read Less

WORST PLACE EVER! I WAITES FOR OVER 40 MINUTES FOR THEM TO TELL TO KICK ME OUT FOR HAVING A QUIET CHILD WITH ME COMOETELY RUDE ABOUT IT NO SORRY NO NOTHING AND WHEN I CALLED TO CONPLAIN TO THE MANAGER SHE HUNG UP ON ME. granted it's not a place to just have your children it's already hard enough to be a single mother and again I just wanna feel good about myself and to be told not as soon as i walk through the door and to make me wait almost an hour is highly un professional. The shop itself looked fine and was in a good location. However, the service is the reason why I am leaving a low review. I went with another person to get a manicure and pedicure and was told to have a seat for five minutes. We were then told to go to the pedicure seats and waited 35 minutes with no one talking to us. We weren't told how long the wait would be for another technician, weren't given a list of their services-- no one acknowledged us the entire time, and we had no idea when we would receive service. Eventually we spoke up and we're told it would be another 10 min and decided to leave. I don't fault them for being busy or having a wait. I was upset that they had such poor communication that they did not know two customers were just sitting waiting for their services. I am very unlikely to return and would advise making an appointment instead of attempting a walk in if you choose to go here.Read Less

A young gentleman did my nails today and he was nice young man who gave me an excellent pedicure. I was so grateful that they took me right away because I am from out of town. I wish I knew his name. Okay so my step mother and my sisters and i went there and a week and 5 days prior to today and we got 3 full sets and 1 shellac nails. one staff member guaranteed us with 2 weeks for the shellac and 3 weeks for our acrylics. 2 of nails came off and the shellac started chipping 3-4 days later. we came in and asked to get them redone and they refused because the woman that did our nails was not there, we talked to the manager and said that he only guaranteed the shellac and did not believe we had them guaranteed even though we had the receipt and the employees SIGNATURE. he told us to come back on sunday or monday when the lady returned. he started to fix the shellac and hand filed her nail and ended up cutting her bed. when he said he'd fix the 2 nails that came off and my stepmother tried to consult with him about the full set and he began to wave her off and walk in the other direction.They are very rude and we walked out. never again, not even if it's free. Not impressed with this place at all. Regular polishes are all more than half empty. Got a pedicure and they didn't use a liner in the foot tub. The man that did my pedicure had long scratchy nails and didn't wear gloves! I also had shellac that needed to be removed and he peeled it off!! Peeled it! And then charged me $5 for removal! He also messed up my big toe putting on my shoe (because the folded up napkins between my toes didn't work)  and then rolled his eyes because he had to fix his mistake. I guess people come here because of the ok price, but I'd rather pay more for a little customer service, clean equipment, and no eye rolls. And there's another woman in my chair right now. My daughter & I loved our whole nail experience from walking in the door to the final product! Johnny & Jenny took such good care of us; I've never had anyone spend so much time making sure our nails looked great! We will definitely use their services again on our next trip to Topeka! Read Less

I went to happy nails today to get my nails done they told me it was a hr wait to come i left my phone number there they told me they'd call I call them a hr half later she said she'd call back in 20 mins 2 hrs later I show up and they tell me to have a seat my name nor number is even there anymore they treated me as if I never walked in 2hrs prior and kept pulling people in front of me. I'm a returning customer for a few years now & I've never had a problem here. This is the only place where they do a good job and tip. Just don't come on Saturday because it will be busy and they will rush you. So try to go on a weekday. Read Less

This is a nail place that makes you feel bad for wanting to get your nails done. The owner or boss, whoever she was, constantly made faces while asking me what I wanted. A returning customer . I have been going now every 1-2 weeks for over 3 months.. Paying them over 200 dollars in that time.  I went in to have my nails filled and colored. And one fixed. (As it broke off) charged me 28 dollars.. Swear it goes up every time.. The fans got my nails.. (Yes my fault at the drying machine) but a returning customer she did not care.. I have never been to happy nails I was planning on going there today. Not to get in your business but for the both of you women I seriously wouldn't have paid for it. Then I would have filed a complaint on them, would have called their boss and or owner and told them what happened. Horrible! They pushed the cuticle down too far into the nail bed of my daughter's big toe and it got a staff infection! She had to have her toenail taken off by a podiatrist! Her other big toe got a fungus infection and the nail died! My nails are not HAPPY!!!! Read Less

DON'T GO THERE, the man who did my pedicure never introduced himself, and he cut my toe and used glue to close it up, it looks awful and did not even look up to say sorry, and did a very sloppy job on my nails.no conversation at all did not even try to talk. i will never go back there again, i asked for a discount because he cut my toe they said no, soooo guess what they are getting a bad review. never again for me Read Less
