Never again will this place get my business!! The ladies were so rude! They act offended when you don't want to pay extra for a shellac, or nail design....I'm sorry, but that is my money, and I will decide whether or not I want the "extras" that they try to push on you. The ladies were friendly but I paid 56 dollars for just a manicure and spa pedicure. I did not get acrylic's. and that was with a tip. i had french tips put on and the next day they already started chipping off. and the massage chairs was rough on my back i was sore the next day. will not be going back. Went in on Feb 13th to get acrylic nails put on. Not only did he file them down incredibly crooked, but he didn't push back my cuticles at all so within an hour of me getting my nails done and when I pushed my cuticle back, there was what looked like to be a weeks worth of growth on brand new nails. When I called and said that the man was very nice and I know he was in a hurry and then explained by issue, THEY BLAMED ME. They said that I made the tip of the nail crooked and that they don't push back cuticles unless you get a manicure. It's basic knowledge then when applies nail polish or acrylics to push back the cuticle. And when I explained that the nail was on straight, just filed down wrong they said "no big deal." I paid money to make my nails look nice, not like I did them at home. I'm going back to get them fixed for free, but I'm never going back again.Read Less

At three stars, this places gives you just that.   Service was so-so they were not busy the day me and my granny went in but they rushed through the pedis. The spa chairs are definitely older,and pretty much fit the overall feel of the place. The employees were nice enough but just gave a rushed feeling overall. This was my first time doing my nails. I got french tips. Turned out goo, but a few nails are a little slanted. Need to be filed a bit more to make the tip straight. They work fast. My child got her nails painted. They didn't clean or clip her nails first. Charged $6. My french tips and clear/shiny coat was $39. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend this place. Rude. Just plain rude. I've come here for years for pedicures because it's convenient and inexpensive. The last two times I've come, I've had horrible service. The tech that was working on me was more focused on filling the tubs of people who came in after me, therefore not focusing on my experience at all. A pedicure is supposed to come with a leg and foot rub, both of which I didn't get. I asked for a design, and the hideous "art" he put on my toes-BOTH visits- I had to ask him to redo. He sits then and mumbles under his breath, in another language, he is clearly pissed I even asked. Probably will be finding another store for my pedicures from now on. Read Less
