Started with a shoulder rub, ended with a wash so that I wasn't dragging hair all over the office.
Since it was my first visit, she asked pertinent questions about what I was looking for. And she did what I described while providing suggestions and limitations before she pulled clippers out.

Wonderful! Daniel cut my hair, and took a long time understanding me, my hair, and what I was hoping to achieve. He is very knowledgeable and full of advice. The staff I encountered all seemed very nice and friendly. I will certainly be going back, and highly recommend this salon.

I had a great shellac manicure here with Bekah! She did a great job on the manicure and was fun to talk to and down to earth. She did an awesome job taking care of my cuticles and checking in with me to make sure she wasn't hurting my hand. I love the interior of this place! The nail stations were upstairs with the massage and facial rooms so it was a relaxing setting. I will definitely be back and I recommend Bekah to anyone! She does all services at the salon as well (massage, facials, hair, etc). Very pleased with the service!

If you are going to get a massage or get your hair done, you MUST go to 19th St.! I have been to the other Aveda salon in town, and this one is so much better. Not only is everyone actually nice and outgoing at 19th St., they overexcel at relaxation and customer service. I walked in, was greeted with a friendly smile, and had a wonderful spa day. I can tell you I'm very pleased, and this is my salon and spa of choice

If you are going to get a massage or get your hair done, you MUST go to 19th St.! I have been to the other Aveda salon in town, and this one is so much better. Not only is everyone actually nice and outgoing at 19th St., they overexcel at relaxation and customer service. I walked in, was greeted with a friendly smile, and had a wonderful spa day. I can tell you I'm very pleased, and this is my salon and spa of choice
