I go to Tip Top Nails & Wax every 2 weeks for a deluxe pedicure.  I am greeted immediately when I walk in and don't have to wait long for a seat.  The pedi chair is very comfortable, the bowl and instruments are clean and they take a lot of care to make me comfortable.  There are TV's on the wall - you can hear them, but they are low, so if you choose to read a magazine instead, it isn't annoying.  The scrub smells awesome and my toe nails look wonderful!  The experience is always positive.  I would recommend! While visiting family, I was referred to this salon. It is the best nail salon I have been to. First visit I had the cat eye halo gel mani. It's a beautiful holographic look. The next day I went back with my sister for a pedicure. Great color selection and the manager recommended a specific color that I am glad I went with. The pedicure basins have plastic liners and the mani-pedis are very thorough...not rushed through. All tools are in sealed bags. Danny has done the best job i have ever had with acrylic nails. I have tried places in Olathe, Gardner, Paola and Overland Park. My nails look perfect and im so glad I found him, I was about to give up wearing nails due to having to fix them myself all the time. Super clean!! The polish selection is great! I'm a former nail tech so I tend to be really picky. Mom and I both had deluxe pedicures and mom had a new full acrylic set done as well. The air filtration system was on point!! Most places don't bother with the expense, and it is so important! I believe we have found our new shop!! I got my first pedi here the other day. I don't usually like anyone touching my feet but I've had lots of people tell me that it's not that bad. So since my birthday was coming up and it's been getting harder for me to do my own toes, when my mom asked me what I wanted as a gift I told her I would like to try to get a pedi. I went up there kind of scared about what was about to happen to my feet. Let me tell you, from the moment I walked in the door I was treated like I had been a customer there for ever! They greeted me right away and had a chair ready within just a few minutes (they were pretty busy that day). Then the whole time my guy was working on my toes he made sure that I was ok. Alright, i did a thing. I wanted to try the dip powder nails, so I did. WOW. I went to tip top nails in Springhill and i was blown away with the customer service and talent at this business. No matter how difficult I was, they did it. They fixed the damage that was already there for free because nails are their passion and he did the designs over and over until he was satisfied. I believe the gentleman that helped me was Dani. The powder feels awesome and my nails are so str...ong and it's actually healthy where as acrylic is damaging. It's healthier than the gel because this has protein and vitamins for your nails and it's not as harsh as the typical chemicals in nail polish. It's estimated to last 3 weeks. I am very impressed! Plus, they have every color you can think of and there is not a design in the world they can't do which is a huge plus for me!!! Definitely my new nail place and I've been a loyal customer somewhere somewhere else for 4 years. I just had a great experience here! I got a mani and pedi. I really like that their pedis use the plastic lining in the bowls and my pedi was fantastic. I also got a full set of nails for the first time in 8 years...none of the pain I remember from before. Both the gentlemen who helped me were gentle while still getting the job done. After having moved and looking for a decent nail place for almost 8 months I found this place on the internet.. I drove an hour to get my nails done here and I will continue to do so!! The staff was unbelievably friendly, made genuine conversation and asked me more about what I like my nails to look and feel like than any place I've ever been to. I was offered something to drink several times by all of the staff, they all were interested in what I wanted, it was so clean and I didn't get cut or hurt once! I told the nail tech I wanted something different and pulled up a picture from the Internet, I told him I didn't want to copy, but the over all concept of different designs on all my nails and a cohesive look was wanted. I then told him he could be creative. He asked me about colors I told him five different things I liked and he came up with a gorgeous combination of red black and silver.. he took his time and made sure I liked everything he was doing as he went, the shape was exactly what I asked for, (I like long square, and apparently that's really hard to do correctly) My cuticles are perfect, all the nails are even and not one is crooked, there are no lines from my actual nail on the few places I have the pink fill, and It was all done with colored powder, even the deign, all because I mentioned how I didn't like when designs look as if they are on top of the nail, or start to chip because I'm hard on my nails.. (obviously I'm picky) and I have never had a set of nails that I love like I love these nails.. I went in on Sunday, it's Monday and I have been stopped more times than I can count to be told how gorgeous my nails are. I am a forever customer! I have never been treated with such respect and gotten such a detailed, beautiful, edgy set of nails before in my life.. and then.. the price... it was also the most below average price for what I had done.. at most places two powders cost 50 dollars or more.. and designs are extra.. I have three powders, all cut and designed different ways, I have designs cut out and filled in, I have SILVER LEAF on my nails... 55 bucks.. I am thrilled!! Everyone should go here! Read Less
