Not only are the manicures and pedicures excellent (my no - chip lasted three weeks when I got stuck on extended work travel!), the shop is clean and comfortable and the staff is professional, courteous and friendly. I have been coming here for almost a year now and, with or without an appointment, I rarely have to wait longer than 10 minutes. The services are quick (but not at the expense of quality) and moderately priced, especially for the area. Great spot! I came in randomly because my boyfriend lives in the area and I will definitely return. Prompt service, friendly and responsive staff, good massage, and I had both my manicure and pedicure done at the same time, I was only there for an hour. Definitely recommend. I have been going to Regal Nails for about two-three months now and I have never loved a nail place like i love this salon. All of the girls work magic!!!! I have always experienced great service at this location and the prices are great. I have had a manicure and a pedicure. Very happy with both they have a lot of polish options and they are very friendly. My only complaint is there's not enough of them so I feel like you do not get one on one attention you might get interrupted a couple times during your service so they can answer the phone or answer questions. At an unexpected location, Regal Nails is located inside a Walmart in Shawnee. The interior of Regal Nails is quite impressive and neat with their little vines hanging over parts of the beams. The price point of their services are quite reasonable! The staff is friendly as well--I event met a new friend named Ling who was thoughtful and offered great suggestions for what I wanted to do with my nail designs. I'm super happy with how my nails turned out! I got a gel manicure. I never felt like she was rushing to get the job done. This is actually the 4th time I've ever gotten my nails done, but I'll make sure I swing by here again (for a pedicure next, possibly!) since this is definitely a hidden gem! I did not make an appointment, yet they still fit me in even though it seemed kinda busy. Highly recommend this place! Very Very bad.. I mean by it .. not at all worth of my money.. I walked in around 6.40 on a Friday to the salon and the closing time is at 8, the girl who was assigned to do my nails telling its already time , I have to leave. and she worked on my hands within 5mins .. in a rude expression.. is that how the manicure s done, and she assigned my spa pedicure to the other girl, and asking me to pay the bill before my service just to check how much tip I give to her.. ridiculous.. and spa pedicure was the worst she dint Even give a good massage just wiped off my leg with scrub n soap.. so unprofessional.. very bad experience.. only good thing is back massage on the pedicure chair. A friend of mine frequents Regal Nails and recommended it to me. I went and was waited on immediately, which I liked. Then a woman came over who looked liked she was either irritated or tired. As she was cutting my toenails, which are thick and sometimes tough to cut (I understand), she pulled a piece of nail out and my toe began bleeding. Her son was standing next to her and said "Mommy, her toe is bleeding.", to which she responded "She wait too long to come in." I was irritated and in pain but tried to be understanding since I had waited so long to get my feet done. Then I watched, in envy, as another customer received a deep, detailed massage on her calves and feet, and I received a brief application of scrub and lotion. But my irritation was fully realized when, after leaving her a tip, I got home and saw that she'd smeared polish above and on the side of a few of the nails while polishing them, but didn't remove it with polish remover. I accept my blame in not examining my feet before I left, but promise I will never go there again. Read Less

I have been coming here for 5 years. The laid back, family atmosphere gives a great vibe. You completely forget that you're inside of a Wal-Mart. I love that from day one the staff have remembered my face, name, personal details that I have shared. I see that with other regulars as well. They go the extra mile to make you feel special. I went in the other day for a fill on my nails and the man who did it. did a horrible job. I had three nails that needed repair and he did two correctly, and didn't even repair the third one. The length on all my nails are uneven and sloppy. It was my first time getting gel polish instead of regular polish, and he applied it super thick, lumpy, and sloppy all over my nails. I paid $30 which is absolutely ridiculous for a fill and color. Most places its barely $20. I will never go back to this nail salon. Read Less
