I visited this place for the first time today. Upon walking in the door there were boxes almost blocking the door making it hard to get it. The gentleman sitting by the door was rude in the way I was greeted. It went something like “what do you need?” I sat for a few minutes and a lady approached me and asked if I had picked a color. I hadn’t. She hands me 1 of the 6 bundles of gel colors to chose from and takes me to her table. I pick a cateye blue color since my options were limited. It was marked number 5. She takes her time filing my nails which I appreciated. She goes to apply the cat eye color and it was purple. I said “the color I picked was blue, I think that is purple” she said “this is number 5” looks at the bottle, then says “oh no this is number 2” she gets bottle numbers 5 and starts again. It is a gold/yellow color she was putting on my nails. She replied “I see this is blue” It obviously wasn’t but I was already annoyed and tired after getting there right after work. I left it alone. At the very end I told another lady “the colors are marked wrong for future reference” and she replied “oh yeah you got number 3”. I came here because the reviews were good. My first time at this location & I am in love! Friendly staff, and good vibes. Mr. Long did my nails & they are perfect! Never rushed and took his time to make sure my nails were on point. A great nail salon! I love how it is decorated.  Very classy with the elevated nail bar and tile.  My gal gave me an extra long leg massage.  This is my favorite thing ever.  If I get a good leg massage I will be back every time.  They did a great job and didn't leave me waiting in my chair very long before they came for my pedicure.  The only reason I take off a star is because I called before coming in and the response was to "come in at 6:15". When I got there they were a little bit rude like I had came at the end of their shift and they didn't appreciate it.  I will definitely go back and hope they will be more welcoming. Read Less

I came in to get a polish change on my nails and toes. I had a gel manicure the week before and needed to change the polish color for a wedding. One of the male manicurist was not very friendly upon arrival. I was impressed with my manicurist as she worked hard and did a good job. It's only been 4 days though and my gel polish is falling off. Usually I can go two weeks no problem without my nails needing anything. I also thought it was pricey for a polish change. They charged me 25 for just a replacement of gel polish. The normal salon I go to charges 30 for a full gel manicure, so I felt that was a bit of a ripoff. I was fine pay 10 dollars for my toes to get a polish change because she did trim, file, and buff them. Read Less

I tried this place for the first time tonight and I was very disappointed. I have never had such a horrible gel manicure. It started off awful when he went to push my cuticles back, he didn't soak them or put cuticle oil on he just shoved them back dry. After that he refused to cut my hangnails even when I pointed out the ones he missed, saying it's fine. Once he started with the gel polish his base coat was all over my fingers, and not only on my nail. When he applied the color it looked like I had painted them myself at home. I went to point out the areas I was not happy with and he said 'you're done.' Awful experience will not recommend to return to this salon. Read Less

Love this place I've been going here for about a year now and I won't go anywhere else! I've tried many other nail salons and none of them are as good as the nail techs at nail art. Everyone I've seen there is amazing. I've never gotten so many compliments on my nails. They all know me now and are so sweet and say hi. They are all extremely skilled and listen to me and offer suggestions. They are quick and great. I can make my nails last way longer just have to go back because they grow out :). As we walked into Nail Art there was a woman outside who walked in after us on her phone. We were not greeted, and the girl walked behind the counter and slowly finished texting. No one ever even said hello, even after I had called in advance to say we were celebrating a birthday with a manicure and would be there at a certain time. We were not seated next to each other, and my manicurist said maybe five words to me yet had a long phone conversation on her earpiece. Started going to Nail Art salon this summer for pedicures because of the great reviews. I'm not a regular client that goes in every few weeks, I'm just a several times a summer client that has fun getting pedicures with my sister. My first experience was very good. The nail technician was fantastic, he was very professional and did a wonderful job. My sister's nail tech seemed less experienced and did not trim her nails. The second time I visited was strange, one technician started my pedicure and then excused himself to do another customer's manicure because she had acrylic nails and no one else could do them. The nail tech who did my sister's last time finished my pedicure and since I decided to also get a manicure another lady came over and started doing my manicure while i was getting pedicure finished which was a little different. Today I went in with my sister for pedicures and thought I was getting a decent pedicure, the technician was thorough and when she finished painting my nails she went to back room. The nail tech doing my sister's did not trim her nails, he did not paint the top edge of nails and he tried to put her sandals on with the toenail spacers still between her toes. She asked him if he was going to remove them and he put her sandals on her anyway. We had to sit down outside the salon to take the spacers off her toes. So weird. When I looked at my nails closer there was polish on my big toe and even though I thought she had painted the top nail edge, she only did part of it. She never came back out from back room, so the guy doing my sister's toenails put my sandals on me and rang us up, I didn't have any spacers so no problem there. It was not that busy by then so not sure whats up. The service is inconsistent, some tech's trim your nails and others don't, so we will probably be looking elsewhere even though everyone gave rave reviews of this salon. Read Less

The salon is very stylish and clean. I went in a little worried about getting gel since there are some reviews on here saying that theirs chipped quickly but I gave them a chance anyways because they are so talented at nail art designs. Its been 2 weeks and my gel still has not chipped!!! I can't say I have ever had that happen before. Long did a great job and was very informative. Only negative thing I can say is that the salon smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Since I've only been here once so it could have just been a one time thing. I will definitely go back! Read Less

Scheduled an appointment easily for same day! Great :) I am visiting family in Kansas, as my usual salon is in Las Vegas. Since I had been here for a couple weeks I was due for some maintenance so based on the pictures I saw of the "coffin" nails I found on this business's page I opted with them! Came in, was pleasantly surprised at the decor and how cute it looked. I was greeted promptly and was told to select my color :) I was in a pedicure chair and feet soaking within 5-10 mins. The woman who did my pedicure was so nice and so sweet! And did a great job on my toes. I got rhinestones on my toes and they are still all in tact and looking nice. So my toes are 10 stars!Nails ... I decided to get rhinestones on all fingers, along the tops, to match my toes. I got the same color as well as toes. I asked for coffin shape and my acrylic was filed perfectly, smooth, no irregularities in texture. My lengths amongst my nails were slightly off but only noticeable to me, I guess. My gel however, was very lumpy, very uneven, and 4 days later, 4 of my nails have damaged gel. I had drops of gel that were left un-filed on the very tip of my nail which leads to gel lifting. On one nail, all of my rhinestones are missing :( and on 5 other nails ( so six nails total ) I am missing at least one out of 7 small rhinestones across the top. I came in at 4:30 on Wednesday. Left at 7:15. Not too long not too short. My nail tech who did my nails who was polite to me, and did the design exactly as I asked. While I was getting my nails done, within an hour and a half of being in the nail chair, two women came in to get a nail fixed. It's not a good sign :( Over all - 9/10. I can say I do like more flamboyant flashy nails and that may not be the norm out here so maybe there hasn't been a lot of practice with rhinestones, or gel.  But I'm sad I need to get my nails fixed 4 days later. :,( Price- for everything was 105 (not including tip). I thought was very fair considering I got rhinestones on two big toes and every single finger, and a new full set (no removal, I had no nails on)  so price is great. I imagine it was around 40 for toes 60 for nails. ( I got my inspiration from a picture on Pinterest, they didn't have the exact color I liked, but they did have something similar so I opted for that, but I was disappointed they didn't have a nice neon yellow, their selection for gel is quite limited if you like fun or different colors ) Read Less

Not very interactive or nice people,  the girl I had wore white glasses. I wanted my nails way way way shorter than what I walked out with but got iritated from her tediousness so I just let her be. Took my nails off the day I got back from my trip to Vegas. Also, the guy who worked next to her was complaining about how he wanted to go home the whole time I was there and how he was not going to get "the next person who walked in".  I only came here since my usual nail Salon was not open and was leaving for my trip the next day. I have been coming to this nail shop for 3+ years, and refuse to go anywhere else. I get my nails and toes done at least twice a month. I walk out of the shop feeling relaxed, appreciated and best of all, my hands and feet ALWAYS look better than expected. Everyone that works here is friendly, fun and they listen to your requests and make sure that your needs are met. Walked in on a Friday afternoon and were greeted promptly and serviced within 5-10 minutes. What a nice salon! The decor is sleek and modern and the nail "bar" is really cool with several televisions above. We got manis and pedis and I thought the prices were very fair. The guy who answered the phone is the same one who did the designs on my nails which is all I stopped by for. I had gone somewhere else to get my nails done so I already had a new acrylic full set on. I just did not like the designs from the other place.  So I stopped by here to have the designs and nail polish redone similarly yet better. The guy who helped me did not give me his name. He was rude on the phone and during my service with him. He asked why I went somewhere else to begin with. I explained that I'm not from here and I did not know about this nail salon.  I don't have to explain myself but I was kind enough to. I told him I wanted to keep my hands under the heated lights longer for the gel to dry. He told me that he does this every day for his job and knows what he's doing. I obviously know that he does this for a living if I'm paying him to do it. He told me this after asking me how often I get my nails done. I told him I get my nails done whenever they need to be done depending on how long they last. I watched and listened to how he greeted the customers that were coming in as he did my nails.  He was very short with them and not customer friendly. Two of them even walked out after he spoke to them. I don't care if they claim to specialize in designs (that they don't even have a display of examples for).
