Le Le Nails is the only place I go to get my nails done.  The staff is kind, and does a spectacular job on my nails.  All of the instruments are clean and come directly from their sanitizing equipment.  The foot baths are sprayed and scrubbed after each client.  It is definitely a busy place, but I have never had to wait long for a spot.  My nails ALWAYS look amazing.  They take great care to make you feel comfortable and happy with the results.  The only thing I would change is to add lighting to the back wall where the regular nail polishes are located.  I always have trouble seeing what colors I am looking at.  Le Le seems to be a great owner, and is definitely able to find high quality employees who do great work. Lele and her family are wonderful people and care about their customers. Some reviews over the past year are the makings of a jealous former employers friends. I had the owner do my mani/pedi and since they were busy (even though I made an appointment), both were completed in 30 minutes...combined. Not a relaxing or pampering experience at all. That being said my toes look great but my fingernails look like they have 2 weeks worth of growth already since she did not paint up to my cuticles. It was not worth the price. Read Less

This salon is the best. I come here often especially for the gel manicure. They all do a magnificent job and I always receive compliments on how nice my nails look. I usually go on the weekend early morning before they get too busy. It's packed on Saturdays and Sundays so try and go during the week or schedule an appointment. It's $34 for a gel nail manicure which is pretty reasonable considering it lasts for 2 weeks or more. I do wish they offered waxing services. Read Less

Absolutely nothing bad to say about Lele Nails!  Very professional, friendly, and had a relaxing atmosphere.  I had the best manicurist.  She was very attentive to my requests about how I like my nail polish to look on my nails.  She even offered a different color for the second coat when my first color choice and coat was lighter than I had expected/wanted.  I will totally be going back!!! ZERO STARS!! If you're looking for rude, unprofessional behavior, this is the place for you!! You'll be talked down to (if you're spoken to at all), possibly told you're "too big" to sit in the chair, and treated as if you're an absolute inconvenience! I've been a long time in writing this review, but always procrastinated thinking they'd do better next time. Now they've crossed the line! My friend was recently humiliated by being told she was too big and may break the chair! Then they had the nerve to post a picture of her crying on their Facebook page. Just awful! The management and employees here are completely despicable and unprofessional. A friend of mine was told that she was too large for the massage chair while getting a pedicure, which highly upset her and she started crying... They still charged her full price for her services after publicly humiliating her in front of a full salon. My friend posted on her Facebook after the incident, and the salon then posted a picture  on the status of her crying in the chair from behind a partially closed door!!!! This is completely unacceptable and in no way is "fat shaming" okay... Especially in the business-consumer realm. They humiliated one of my friends because they have zero tact and consideration for anyone who is not a size 2. I have yet to see anyone break a damn spa chair due to size. After an employee publicly humiliated her to tears, they had the audacity to still charge her full price for the service. I never go anywhere else for nail care. The first thing I noticed was how clean it is. I've watched the process many times and they always follow the same protocol. They sanitize the utensils after every client, and when they clean the foot spas they take the entire drain assembly apart and sanitize it. They wipe down the outside of the foot spas, the chairs and armrests. Very conscientious about hygiene. The staff all wear white smocks and it definitely gives it a professional feel. They are normally very busy and at times I have had a wait even with an appointment, but it's definitely worth it. Read Less

I just moved here from Lawrence. I went in at 5:30 after calling to see if they were busy. I walked in, and a woman immediately told me they couldn't get me in today, and nothing else. They were supposed to be open for two more hours, and I did not appreciate the abrupt rudeness. I went down the street to Nail Art and I have never been more satisfied with my nails. Very upset, because they did a design that they could not do well. I rather have gotten a design they could do well than the mess up version of mine. Also they put the top coat on the design to early so it smeared. I understand that they are busy but im paying a lot of money for them to do my nails and even extra for design. Now every time I look at them I get a little frustrated and angry that I wasted money on the terrible service. This may be a overreaction but I still feel as if other future customers should know. Especially if you are a perfectionists.  Another thing is that this place takes forever to actually get you nails done. Your waiting time is longer than the time you are getting your nails done. Great place, very nice staff & very clean new building.  I called ahead for an appointment at 5pm for two pedis.  They greeted us and had us both seated in massage chairs with a complimentary bottle of water within a minute of walking in the door.  Great selection of nail colors also.  We both enjoyed our pedis and the price was only $25 each.  Great price, great experience.
