This place was amazing. I came down for a bachelorette party and the workers there actually interacted and treated you like normal human beings. I have a regular place I go to where I live in Bentonville Arkansas and they are good but they’re rude to their customers. At lovely nails, I felt comfortable my entire time there and it wasn’t just with me. They were like that with every customer in the building. The only bad thing was when I got home that night one of my nails already chipped off. The design was fantastic and all but paid 50$ for nails that lasted two hours. I had acrylic. Avoid this place. There are so many other nail shops around the area that are cheaper and do a MUCH better job. Don’t waste your time here. If you decide to choose this place anyway and make an appointment...just know that there will still be at least 5 people in front of you that you’ll have to wait for. Plan on 1.5 hours for a shellac manicure. Going to this place is equivalent to playing a horrible game of Russian roulette for your nails. Not So Lovely Nails! I have been getting my nails done on a regular basis at Lovely Nails for about two years. Lately, I have been frustrated with the outcome of my nails and the customer service. I schedule appointments well in advance and they are never honored; I usually have to wait anywhere from 15-30 minutes with an appointment. Today, I went in to have my nails done as usual, but I had a horrible experience. I had to wait 15 minutes again and the nail tech persuaded me not to get tips on my nails with her snarky comments. Therefore, I decided to just get a regular manicure with powder (usually I get gel, but I wanted to try the powder). I asked for a nude color (showed her a picture) and received an extremely bright color, therefore I asked to remove the color ( I have never ever done this before). She removed the color and that was the end of the manicure. No clear coat, no lotion/oil, and she did not try to make it right at all-never even apologized. Instead I left with a jagged "manicure" as shown, nails shorter that I have ever had them, and still paid for the service. I have been going here religiously for about 6 months now. I always leave SO happy with not only the service/way my nails look but in a great mood. Both the clients that come here and all of the employees are so kind and have great conversations with you. I do the DIP Powder and it easily lasts 3/4 weeks with no chipping or lifting. Had an appointment but still waited close to 30 minutes. She rushed through the service so start to finish the pedicure that was advertised as 45 minutes only lasted about 10. Very unorganized, we had an apt at 330 we arrived at 315 ...they were calling people back for 4 o clock apt before us . We notified them multiple times. The workers were not very nice. When I walked in I asked what waiting time was, they said it would be 15 minutes.After sitting for a while I was told to go back. No one was at chair I was directed to and there was a dirty towel on the bowl. They put a plastic cover on the bowl but they don't clean them. I sat there and waited, again. There were several ladies waiting for someone to do their pedicures. Polish I had on when I came in wasn't completely removed. They don't turn anyone away and I feel as though they are rushed and do a mediocre job because of that. At one point, a lady who had been waiting and was also directed to a pedicure chair, left. If you want a 20 minute pedicure and one coat of nail polish, this is the place to go. They put me in a chair with a plastic bag essentially in the water tub (I guess to save time cleaning up between clients) but you could barely feel the jets through that. Water was lukewarm so I had to ask them to turn it up, they did. My feet were rough! I mean, bad. She rubbed that little scrubby thing on my foot for hardly any time at all. I told her that they were rough, and she said they were better now (they aren't!).. My nails weren't filed or shaped, just painted. There was almost no time to relax with the rush job.From the time I walked in to the time I left (this includes drying my feet under the table lamp) I was there less than 30 minutes. I had never been to this place before and I have some problems.  Not to mention I'm getting married and these are my "wedding nails". 1- I was placed in the back to get my pedicure which would be find except it smelled like sewage the entire time. Also I was never really acknowledged from the person performing the pedicure. But overall it was normal, nothing special but not bad. 2- I then got a manicure. I decided to try the "dip" nail thing because I have friends who have done it and it looked awesome. However, when we reached the point that I was halfway done she said, these will look bad on you because of your nail shape, and I asked if I should just do gel like I usually do and she said no. Well now it is over and they look absolutely horrible. There is no consistency in the color of my nails, there are dark and light spots all throughout and also my nails look like bubbles. It's so bad. Also this is my nails for my wedding so I'm pretty close to losing it. I've been to the salon several times before with good results. Unfortunately, today I'm not so lucky. I begin, I had to wait over 10 mins past my appt time to begin. She rushed through, and now my acrylic fill is sloppy, I had to call attention to the fact that she completely missed the corners of one of my thumbnails, the shapes are uneven, the polish is incomplete (no attention to the sides of the nails, there's too much unpolished space next to my cuticle rail), and they actually charged me an extra $5 for the shaping (which I will say again, is uneven). My daughter and I walked in for pedicures on a Saturday.  We didn't have to wait and the service was first rate.  For a very reasonable price we had about 30-40 minute pedicures in comfortable massage chairs. The pedicures included change of polish, great scented rubs and lotion with awesome leg massages.  Great choice of colors of of polish and attentive staff.  The price was reasonable and we will definitely be back! Well. I used to love this place until I saw the way they sanitize their pedicure bowls. A simple rinse out with water and rag and onto the next client they go! I was in utter shock and disgust. This happened on a day that the owner, Amy wasn't here which I found interesting. Worst manicure of my life. The nail technician was  very rough from the start. She partially tore off my pinky nail and it began to bleed profusely. Lovely Nails has permanently lost my business.  I have been a frequent customer for the past several years visiting once or twice a month.  They have had a sign up for the past few years saying that they do not accept gratuity on credit cards but have ALWAYS let me until today.  If it is so important to them not to get the "extra fee" credit card companies charge I hope it is worth all of my business.  I will not be back as I don't always have cash on me nor do I want to help the employees who do not want to claim their tips by having them charged on a card.In addition to that today the woman who did my nails stopped multiple times during my pedicure to text on her phone, apparently that was more pressing to her than servicing a customer correctly.  During my pedicure she barely exfoliated and quickly massaged the lotion and during the manicure she left out the lotion and the massage COMPLETELY and again was distracted.  I have noticed new faces working there the last few times I have been in and wish that they would set expectations and routine service when doing a manicure/pedicure.  What she did do was half-assed...extremely disappointed and will be speading the word to my friends not to waste their money there. What a classy little place! I was lucky enough to receive a gift card to Lovely Nails and decided I should use it today and get pampered. I rarely get pedicures so this was quite a treat! As I arrived it was a little busy, but I was led strait back to the pedicure area. 10 comfy massage chair pedicure stations were available. This is a great, above average, nail shop! I recommend Lovey Nails for anyone looking for a good pampering for a reasonable price. Though I don't visit here that often, I've always had great service. The last time I was here, I treated my friends to a girls day and called to make an appointment for us. Everyone here was very helpful and accommodating! The shop is nice and pleasing to the eye, all of the furniture is matching and up to date. We all got pedicures and they let us all sit together, even offering us beverages. I had recently moved from 39th St to Waldo and needed a nail salon a little closer to home. I usually went to Nailcessity for my pedis. (They served wine during and were around $20.) After reading some reviews I decided to try Lovely Nails. It was a good experience! My girl was polite and gentle. (I don't like a lot of chit chat, I just want to sit there and get my mind off the fact that someone is touching my feet.) And she was pretty quick! I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and no wait. This included a sugar scrub as well. The only thing I wasn't completely satisfied with was that after she scrubbed the callouses off I still had some dead skin when I got home. This may have been my fault as well because she did comment on how ticklish I was and I don't think she wanted to make me uncomfortable. But I was otherwise pleased and happy with the price as well, just $26. Read Less

I had a manicure and pedicure at Lovely Nails a few week ago. Left there with serveral bleeding nails. The manicurist were rude and talk on the phone the whole time she work on me. I call back and ask to speak to the owner and the girl claim she is the owner. All she said was I'm sorry. Just a week ago I discover a fungal infection on my big toe when I try to take the polish off my toes. Would not recommend if someone looking to have a healthy nails. Read Less
