Use to go here & I loved it! Stopped for a bit & went with my girls for a girl day & was disappointed. The two people my girls had were great! The one I had was not. Didn’t file nails correctly, left to go speak to someone else for a bit, was slow due to she was sick ( don’t come to work) then went to pay & chrged us more than should have. Mgr/ owner was rude & took about 45 mins to get a anything to drink. A mani/pedi avg time hour & half, almost two & half hours- my feet started pruning & water was cold as well- will not go back! I stopped by over lunch as a walk in for the first time today. I waited about 10 minutes for a full set. Kim did my nails and she did a great job. I was impressed and I am typically hard to please. I will say that $45 for a full set with gel polish is slightly overpriced compared to what I am used to paying. I went to Bravo this past Sunday. I still cannot get over the unprofessionalism I experienced. Not only did they only have 4 people working on the busiest nail day of the week, but the woman who treated my friend first for a manicure suggested that we go somewhere else to get a pedicure because she "had an appointment at 12:30". My friend had the fastest 20 minute gel nail appointment I've ever seen, and I experienced the "10 minute" mani. Call me high maintenance, but I work all week and like my Sunday's to be relaxing. AMAZING PEDICURE!!! I got the $45 one and its worth every penny. That was by far the best foot massage I've ever gotten. The guy is who I had, hate I didn't get his name. I'm a travel nurse so I've had pedicures all over, and hardly ever go to the same place twice bc I'm always trying to find somewhere better. Well this place will be my regular spot as long as I'm in town. They do punch cards too so that's a win. Also, I was with a friend who also got a gel set done. This is my go-to since I moved out South. They remember everyone and their names after only a visit or two. The owner is very sweet and always greets you as soon as you walk in. They accommodate me even when I'm in a hurry by having two technicians working on my hands and feet simultaneously. Also, good color selections. Only downer for me is they don't serve wine! I have been going here for a while now and will continue to, because Melody always turns out the best when it comes to nail care! I would upload a picture if I could- I recommend Ruby if you ever want to get any kind of ombre manicure done. After trying this place over and over, I finally had my "fill."  It's supposed to be a relaxing experience, and it's far from it at Bravo.  The pedicure technicians are too rough, and the last time I was in there, although I was the ONLY client, one technician did my pedicure, while another did my manicure at the same time!!!  And she was a snot.  I became a contortionist to oblige the manicurist. It was dreadful...not only because it was uncomfortable but because the concentration was not on ME, the client, but on THEM for their convenience.  I give them a zero for personal attention and service.Bravo is getting a little full of themselves, and you're mediocre at best.The crowning blow is when they ask you to leave the "payable to" line on a check BLANK!!!   Hmmmmmm...suspicious if you ask me.I went to a different place today that had many positive reviews on Yelp.  They didn't disappoint.  Their chairs might not have been as new, but their service was golden. This is a very well kept and clean spa. The prices are reasonable. The staff will talk if you want to or just let you relax in the massage chairs.  They are great with young kids too.  My daughter loved the panda seat and that her pedicure water changed colors. :). They have a great selection of polish colors but the gel polish is my favorite.  You can use your CC but****TAKE CASH FOR TIPS****. This is the only place I go for pedicures or manicures. This is the FIRST place I have ever found where all of the employees are consistently good at what they do, not just the owner. W/hen a leg/foot massage is advertised, that is exactly what you get. It feels SO nice, and it's not just a 5 second rubbing of the legs with lotion. I LOVE that you get a complimentary drink and I love the professional feel of the place. So relaxing, and they've just added Panda chairs for the little ladies in your life to come and get a pedicure! Highly recommended. I don't know what the reviewer from three years ago was smoking. Best place in Ranchmart for mani-pedi!   You can truly relax here!! It is very clean and the staff is very professional.  Never pushy or rude.  Employees focus on you and not each other with conversations; but if they do speak to one another in their native language, they make sure they tell you what they said.   Big plus is that employees or owners don't bring their kids and have them running about like some places.  Unlike the other nail salons in the area, this one takes credit cards for purchases (although you can only tip in cash or check).
